Everything you used to do after the appointment, already done.

This is the app a field rep works out of all day. It prices the job in front of the customer, locks the pricing in and brings the job number back without anything being typed twice, puts a real open install date on the card while you are still at the table, and shows you what you have earned, what is waiting, and what has been paid. It is built and proven on gutter protection, and tailored to every product line in-home reps sell. Everything below is running today unless it is marked otherwise.

Praxion Exterior Edition is the first tailored edition by Praxion Agentic CRM Solutions — built for everyday exterior home sales and in daily use by field reps today. Its name-brand tools are proprietary Praxion products, tailored for the home-improvement field-sales workflow; each is introduced in its section with its Praxion name.

exterior.praxioncrm.com/features
A plain description of what the app does, written for the person doing the job. Each section gives you the benefit in a paragraph, a picture of the real screen with the points numbered on it, and the two to four steps it actually takes.

    1 · Your data

We're not here to harvest data

We're here to help people make more money, make everyone's job easier and smoother, and keep the company growing.

A note from the founder. Praxion Exterior Edition was built by a rep who worked in the field — someone who knows the ins and outs of home-improvement field sales, and the struggles that everyday reps, management and install departments deal with. He wanted nothing more than smooth, clean business. Happy customers, happy reps, happy the client.

The app holds real customers' details and your pay, so it is built to keep both tight. Each rep's data stays with that rep, and customer messages wait for your approval unless you switch on a specific automatic one. This is exactly what it does today, in plain English.

    2 · One screen

    Never open Salesforce again

Work every job from one card per customer and one screen for the day, and let the app keep Salesforce up to date for you. Everything Salesforce needs still lands there, the way the office expects it. You just stop doing it by hand.

Salesforce is built to be a clean system of record: great at keeping data, hard to get around in from a driveway. Managers see the same truth as the rep — the same card, the same completion bar, the same Action Needed list — without texting anyone to ask where a job stands.

A few steps still finish on Salesforce's own button, like sending a payment link. The card opens the right record and tells you which button to tap.

    Building and submitting a quote
    Salesforce, by handIn the app
1Steps About a dozen steps across several tabs and related lists: new quote, bundles, bundle configuration, recalculate, set primary, down-payment type and amount, application type, incentive price, tax. Build it on one screen, check the preview, tap Sync. The rest is filled in for you.
2Typical time Typically 15–25 minutes per quote. Typically 2–3 minutes.
3Where errors creep in Refreshing a quote and losing lines. A page that times out and has to be restarted. Getting lost between tabs and related lists. The wrong bundle, or a missing $0 gas line. Cents instead of whole dollars. A missed field that bounces the job back. Built from the quote you priced and read back to the dollar. Bundles and the $0 gas line added for you. Whole dollars only. Missing fields filled, or flagged, before anything is submitted.
4Training a new rep Getting around Salesforce typically takes weeks to learn. The card and the estimator typically take about a day.
5Checking on a job Dig through the record, or ask the rep. The manager sees the rep's own card: completion, paperwork, payment, install date.
Times are typical estimates, not guarantees. They vary with the job, the rep and the connection.
    Every part it plays
    1. Connector. Talks to Salesforce, CompanyCam, Spiff, DocuSign status and the payment side — check, card and financing. It works alongside major CRM systems, the most basic systems, or standalone (Connect anything).
    2. Remote control. Build the quote, result the appointment, book the install and write the notes, all from the card.
    3. Ledger. Mirrors every quote, order, payment, install date and commission, and checks them against each other.
    4. Auditor and manager. The paperwork check, Action Needed, the completion bar, and cross-checks before anything is submitted.
    5. Paperwork clerk. Exhibit A and B, the install cover sheet and the contract notes, drafted for you to check.
    6. Dispatcher. Your stops in driving order, leave-by times, and install dates with their arrival windows.
    7. Payroll checker. Commission earned, waiting and paid. Short paydays flagged. Payouts checked against your pay record.
    8. Coach. Praxis Coach and Praxis Assistant, report cards, and the training clip for your weakest step.
    9. Marketer. Reviews, referrals, second-chance follow-ups and Praxis Virtual Sales Rep's drafts from your business line, each waiting for your yes.

How it reads and writes, step by step: Ledger, remote control, or the whole CRM. Every product it can be tailored to: Built for every product line.

    3 · Every product line

    Built for every product line

One engine, tailored to whatever you sell. The same Salesforce connector, estimator and price sheets, drawings and measurements, paperwork check, completion bar, install booking, commission check and marketing tools can be set up for any home-improvement product — the products home-improvement reps sell, not only gutters.

It is built and proven on gutter protection today. Each other product line is tailored on request: that line's price sheet, measurements, paperwork and install rules go in, and everything else works the way it already does for gutters.

Built and proven on gutter protection today. Gutter protection, gutters, soffit & fascia and permanent lighting run in the app now. Every line marked “On request” is tailored from the same engine when an office asks for it.

What changes for each product line
    1. Price sheet and product codes. That line's catalog, retail and commission tiers, in the estimator and Good-Better-Best.
    2. Measurement inputs. Squares and pitch for roofing, window counts and sizes, floor square feet for coatings, stair runs and turns for stairlifts — from EaveDrop where it measures them, or typed at the table.
    3. The paperwork set. That line's order sheets and exhibits, the cover sheet wording, and the paperwork check that compares them with the quote.
    4. Install scheduling rules. Crew type, job length, arrival windows and lead time for that product's install work order.
    5. Salesforce product bundles. The bundles and lines Salesforce expects for that product, so the quote, the order and the work order come through the same way they do for gutters.
    What stays the same
    1. The customer card, the day screen and the route.
    2. The Salesforce connection — ledger, remote control or on its own — with everything read back and checked.
    3. The before-the-contract pop-up, the completion bar and install booking.
    4. Action Needed's nightly check, the job file and the cover sheet.
    5. Commission earned, waiting and paid, checked against your pay record.
    6. Reviews, referrals, second chances, finish-the-house and Praxis Virtual Sales Rep — each waiting for your yes.
How a product line is added
    1. The office shares that line's price sheet, order forms and install rules.
    2. They are loaded into the estimator, the paperwork check and install booking, and matched to that line's Salesforce bundles.
    3. Test quotes are read back from Salesforce until they match to the dollar.
    4. It is switched on for the reps who sell that line.

    Dashboard and leads
    4 · The morning

Your day is already added up when you open it

Your day is counted for you. Opportunities, sales, demos, no demos and cancels are on screen the moment the app opens, and they move as the day does — no tally sheet, no counting back through yesterday.

The tools along the top draft your follow-ups and hand them to you to approve. Nothing reaches a customer unless you say so. And the standings run live, so you know where you sit in the room in the morning, not at month end. Settings sit in the top-right corner, with how many reps are active right under them.

A quick lift every time. Every time you open the app, a quick motivational line — and a boost or a pat on the back based on your week — flashes for a few seconds, then gets out of your way.

The daily screen: today's opportunity counts, the assistant tiles, and the live rankings strip.
Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Open the app. The day's numbers are already there — nothing to run, nothing to refresh.
    2. Read the strip across the top: it names any job still waiting on you, and stays quiet about the ones that are fine.
    3. When a follow-up has been drafted for you, read it and approve it. It does not go out on its own.

    5 · The drive

Your stops, in the order you'll drive them

Today's appointments come up in driving order, each one carrying the drive itself: how far it is, what the fuel costs, and the time you need to leave to be there. The bar underneath totals the whole route and hands it to whichever map app you already use. So you stop doing arithmetic in the truck, and you stop guessing whether you can fit in the extra look.

The times match Salesforce, for every rep. Each appointment shows the time Salesforce has for it — the 9, 11, 1, 3, 5 and 7 o'clock slots — in your own time zone. A Central rep's 9 AM reads 9 AM, not 10.

Today's appointment cards in driving order, each with distance, fuel cost and a leave-by time, above the route total bar and the calendar.
Customers appear by first name only; surnames, addresses and phone numbers are obscured on purpose. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Scroll to today. The stops are already in the order that makes sense to drive, at the times Salesforce has for them.
    2. Check the leave-by time on the next one before you settle in anywhere.
    3. Send the route to your map app from the bar at the bottom of the day.
    4. When you walk out, result the appointment from the same card — one tap, and the day's numbers move with it.

    6 · Notifications

Your phone tells you the moment something on your book changes

You don't have to keep checking. When something happens on one of your jobs, a push notification lands on your phone: a new same-day appointment, a lead that canceled, an install date that got set, a customer email that needs an answer, a reply to a cancel-save offer. One tap opens the exact job, conversation or approval it is about. Allow notifications once from the app on your home screen and they keep coming.

Every alert says what happened and what to do next. Anything that would reach a customer still waits for your yes — a notification opens the draft, it never sends it.

Example push notifications on a phone: a new same-day appointment with the time and the drive, a canceled lead, a customer email asking to cancel, a customer saying yes to a cancel-save offer, and an install date set.
Example notifications. Customers appear by first name only. Tap the image to fill the screen.
What can pop up on a normal day
    1. Your appointments. A same-day appointment the moment it lands, with the customer's first name, the time, the city and roughly how long the drive is. A lead that cancels. Any status change on your jobs.
    2. Morning and evening recap. At 8 AM and 6 PM, how many of today's appointments still need a result.
    3. Things waiting on you. Paperwork still missing after an install, with a reminder that gets firmer if it stays missing; an install date that passed without the install confirmed; an installed job with no commission match after 14 days.
    4. Customers writing back. A customer email, sorted by what it asks for; a cancel-save offer drafted for you, then the customer's yes, no or silence; a past demo who said yes (Rehash ready); follow-up drafts waiting for your approval.
    5. The job moving. Install date set; install complete, with a nudge to send the referral and review request; the install cover sheet filed or emailed; commission verified.
    6. Staying connected. When Salesforce or CompanyCam needs you to approve the company sign-in on your phone, so the app keeps working for you.
    7. Big sales. When anyone closes $10,000 or more, every open screen pops a confetti congratulations with the rep's name and the amount, once per rep.
    8. Leave-by alarms. Set your own alarms counted back from the time you have to leave, using the drive time already on your lead cards. A 9 AM appointment with an hour's drive means leave by 8 — so “Wake up” 60 minutes before rings at 7, “Get ready” at 7:30 and “Leave now” at 8. Any lead time you like, for the first appointment of the day or every one. Quiet hours hold every alarm except the first of the day, so an early appointment still wakes you. Settings → Notifications.
    9. Automatic sends window. Everything the app sends on its own — thank-you and welcome emails, install reminders, review and quote follow-ups, recap emails and the advocate worker — waits between 11 PM and 6 AM in your market's local time and goes out when the window opens. Nothing is lost and nothing sends twice. Anything you tap Send on yourself goes right away. Change the hours under Settings → Notifications.

Customer reminders are opt-in. Install-day messages to customers — “your install is tomorrow” and “the crew is on the way” — stay off until a rep turns them on, by email, text or both. If a text can't go out on its own, it is written for you and your phone gets a notification to send it yourself.

    How you use it
    1. Open the app from your home screen and allow notifications when it asks.
    2. Tap a notification. It opens the job, the conversation or the approval it is about.
    3. Anything that would go to a customer opens as a draft. Approve it, change it, or leave it.

7 · The list you can trust

One next thing per customer — and it's always true

Every customer shows exactly one next action, and only when it is yours to do. If the work is being handled for you, the card says so quietly instead of handing you a task that is not a task. If a job already has a date, it never asks you to set one. Nothing is ever marked finished because it was merely started. And the optional extras are labeled optional, so they can never crowd out the thing that actually closes the job. A list you have to second-guess is a list you stop reading — so this one gives you nothing to second-guess.

The customer list with each job's status column, the flagged differences and the day groups.
Captured live from the site. Customers appear by first name only; surnames, addresses, phone numbers and emails are obscured on purpose. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Work your customers from the top. Each one names one thing.
    2. If a card shows a quiet status instead of an action, nothing is needed from you yet — move on.
    3. Anything marked optional is exactly that. It will never block the job, and it will never nag you.

    8 · See More Leads

Every opportunity you've run, by day, week, month, year to date or all time

Tap See All Opportunities on the dashboard and the See More Leads page opens on your whole book. The buttons across the top slice it: Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last 30 Days, YTD and All Time. The totals above the list — opportunities, sales, commission and canceled contracts, with the cancels you saved in green — follow whichever one you pick.

Inside that window the jobs are grouped by day. Each day is one bar with a small chip per job in its result color, so a busy month is still a short page: today is open, and every other day stays folded until you tap it. Tap a chip to jump straight to that job. Tap any card and it opens into the full customer card — status, quote, photos, paperwork and install date — one at a time, so you can work down the list without losing your place.

Sort by newest, oldest, highest contract price or what needs attention, or show only sales, demos, no demos or cancels. The search bar looks through all time — a name, phone, street, job number, product, status or date — whatever window is showing. For one dense grid of everything, Sheet View is one tap away at the top of the page.

The See More Leads page: the period buttons Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last 30 Days, YTD and All Time, the totals, and the opportunities grouped into one bar per day with a colored chip for each job.
Grouped by period, then by day. Customers appear by first name only; surnames, addresses, phone numbers and emails are obscured on purpose. Tap the image to fill the screen.
One lead card opened on the See More Leads page, showing the whole job: status, quote, photos, paperwork and install date.
One card opened up: the whole job, read top to bottom. Customer details are obscured on purpose. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Tap See All Opportunities on the dashboard.
    2. Pick the window across the top: Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last 30 Days, YTD or All Time.
    3. Tap a day's bar to open it, or one of its chips to jump straight to that job.
    4. Tap a card to open it. Search or sort to narrow the list.

    9 · Sheet View

The master log as one spreadsheet, with the problem jobs already flagged

The cards are built for working one job. Sheet View is built for spotting the one job out of forty that has gone wrong. Tap 📊 Sheet View at the top of See More Leads and every opportunity is one row: date, customer, job number, result, address, city, phone (tap to call), contract, commission, install date and status, payment, miles and flags.

Problem rows are banded so they can't be scrolled past — red needs attention now, orange is one to watch — and each flag says why: sold with no job number, an install date that passed, installed but not funded, rescheduled, or sold with no install date yet. Tap any column header to sort by it, type to filter by name, job number or city, or tap Issues only. Pick the window, from this week to all time.

The ▸ on any row opens that job's own timeline: everything that changed on it, and when. Recent Changes shows the same across every opportunity at once, so you see what moved since you last looked. The office tabs turn the same sheet into the office board (And the rest).

Sheet View: one row per opportunity with result pills, contract, commission, install date and status, problem rows banded red or orange with their flags, and one row opened to show its timeline.
The master log in Sheet View. Customer surnames, addresses, phone numbers and job numbers are obscured on purpose. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Open See More Leads and tap 📊 Sheet View.
    2. Tap Issues only, or a column header to sort by it.
    3. Tap ▸ on a row to see what changed on that job, and when.
    4. Tap Recent Changes to see what moved across every job.

    10 · Before you knock

Know what you are walking into

Before you pull up, the card already tells you what can be known: what the house looks like, how far it is and what the drive costs you, what the weather is doing to their gutters, and how this appointment compares with the ones you usually close. Each customer carries a read on how likely they are to buy and what is driving it, so you can spend your best hours on your best chances instead of finding out at the door.

A customer card with the insights panel open and the job tools underneath.
Captured live from the site. Customers appear by first name only; surnames, addresses, phone numbers and emails are obscured on purpose. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Open tomorrow the night before and read the top of each card.
    2. Plan your day around the strongest appointments and the shortest drives.
    3. Use what it tells you about the property to open the conversation.

    11 · The street
A Praxion productPraxis Predictive Canvas™ by Praxion, tailored for the home-improvement field-sales workflow (in tailored builds)

Knock the right doors, not the nearest ones

Turn the twenty minutes after an appointment into the cheapest lead source you have. The houses around the job you are at are the warmest doors you will knock all week — same street, same weather, same gutters, and a neighbor who can see your van.

The canvas maps them, tells you what it can about each property before you walk up, and keeps track of where you have been, so you are not repeating a street you did on Tuesday.

Doors after a sale. The streets around a recent install become a list of doors to knock. Only installs inside your window (30 days to start) count, so “we just finished one on your street” is always true, and the app never holds a neighbor’s number or makes one up.

The Neighborhood Canvas panel opened from a customer card.
Captured live from the site. Customers appear by first name only; surnames, addresses, phone numbers and emails are obscured on purpose. Tap the image to fill the screen.

Integration required. The neighborhood map needs address data connected for each rep's office location. Until it is, the canvas opens but has no neighbors to show, as in the picture above.

    How you use it
    1. Open the canvas from the job you are standing at.
    2. Work the highlighted houses — they are ordered by what is worth your time.
    3. Mark what happened at each door. It remembers, so nobody gets knocked twice.

    The customer card
    12 · The job card

One card that tells you where the job stands, all the way to paid

Open a customer and the whole job reads top to bottom on one card: what it sold for, what the contract says, what was paid, what is scheduled and what paperwork has landed. Lock the pricing in from that card and the job number comes back on its own — nothing re-keyed, nobody waiting on the office. The house is on the card too, so you know what you are walking up to.

Once a job is sold, the status at the top moves on its own as the job does — waiting to install, scheduled with the real date (booked from the card), dispatched, installed, collected, funded and paid. Each step comes straight from the company's own records, so you never have to call the office to ask where it stands.

Payment wording is honest. A job only shows as collected when the money has landed; until then an installed job says “unfunded”, so a short payday never catches you out. A payment that was canceled, declined or voided is never counted as money received. Funded means the customer's money has landed and cleared, and that is what decides the pay period.

Cancellations, handled from the card. If a customer cancels while the job is still waiting to install, tap ✕ Cancel next to the status, pick the reason the company uses, and confirm. The opportunity is set to Canceled Contract in Salesforce first, and only once that is confirmed does the card show a red ⛔ Canceled contract flag. Nothing changes on a single tap.

An expanded customer card for a sold job: the status column reading top to bottom, a booked install date, street and satellite views of the house, and the priced work order.
The customer appears by first name only; surname, address, phone and the pictures of the house are obscured on purpose. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Tap a customer to open the card. The column on the right reads the job start to finish.
    2. Lock the pricing in from the card. The job number comes back to you — you never type it anywhere.
    3. Glance at Status: it is always the job's current stage. An installed job that isn't collected yet says unfunded, so you know which ones to chase.
    4. Customer canceled before install? Tap ✕ Cancel beside the status, choose the reason, confirm.

13 · What to point out

The card tells you what to point out, and whether it's the whole house

Before you sit down, the card lists what the job's photos show — rotting fascia, sagging gutters, overflow stains — each with a plain sentence you can say and the side of the house it is on. They come from your own photos and the job's CompanyCam photos, and you check each one in person before you bring it up.

If the customer only wants some of the gutters, the card says so: Whole house or Partial, with what was left and how many feet. That line copies straight into the Salesforce job note and the CompanyCam description, so a finish-the-house visit years later starts with the facts (Finish the house).

A customer card with the estimate steps, a partial-job note with copy buttons, and talking points from the photos.
Captured from the app with sample data — no real customer is shown. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Open the customer's card before the appointment and read the talking points.
    2. Tap the green next step to carry on where you left off.
    3. On a partial job, tap Copy for Salesforce or Copy for CompanyCam and paste.

    14 · The walk-around

One button starts the estimate, and it works while you talk

Take one slow lap around the house and the app measures it and fills in the estimate while you keep talking. Tap Start estimate on the customer's card, then film the lap in either direction and stop for three seconds at anything wrong — rot, a sagging run, stains, each downspout — or take a photo of each side instead. Photos already on the job, including the ones in CompanyCam, count too. Rather measure by hand? That is one tap away.

A list shows each step as it finishes: photos sorted by side, problem areas found, the house measured with EaveDrop, the runs laid on the real Exhibit A and B, the estimator filled. Every step the app did on its own waits for a Yes from you, with a Fix it button that opens the right screen if something is off. Doing only some of the gutters? Pick them in EaveDrop and the app records it as a partial job.

Nothing is quoted or sent — it stops at a filled estimator, because the price is yours to present. Close it any time: the card remembers where you are, finished steps turn gray, and a green arrow points at the next one.

The Start estimate progress list with Does this look right? questions and the step buttons.
Captured from the app with sample data — no real customer is shown. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Tap Start estimate on the card.
    2. Film one slow lap, or tap a tile for each side. Or tap I'd rather measure by hand.
    3. Keep talking. Answer each Does this look right? — Yes, or Fix it.
    4. Open the estimator. It is already filled in; you set the price.

    15 · The job file

Every photo and the signed contract, right on the customer's card

Open a sold job and the whole file is on the card, in the order the office wants it: the signed DocuSign contract first (one tap opens the signed copy in Salesforce), then Exhibit A and B, the front, sides and back of the house, and inside the gutter.

Photos come in from the job's CompanyCam project at full size and are sorted into their slots for you, on the office computer, so it costs nothing per photo. Anything missing is a slot you tap to shoot right there, and the counter tells you how many of the required shots are done. The same set is saved as one job packet PDF in Google Drive, in the Sales or Demos folder.

Take Photos is on every result now — sales, demos, no demos and cancels. Once photos are in the app, a Send to CompanyCam button appears. It sends the drawings first, then the rest, and skips any photo already there. The talking points from the photos sit right under them.

The Take Photos panel on a customer card: the count of required shots done, a checklist of what is on file, one chip per required shot, and the photo row with the signed contract first.
Captured live from the site. The contract tile is blurred on purpose because it shows the customer's details. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Open the customer and tap the photo row. It fills in from CompanyCam and Salesforce.
    2. Check the count. If a slot is empty, tap it and take the photo, or use Upload all at once. Demos, no demos and cancels get the same row.
    3. Tap Send to CompanyCam when the photos are in. Only the ones not sent yet go.
    4. Tap any photo to see it full size, or the contract to open the signed copy.

    The estimator
    16 · The estimator
A Praxion productPraxis Quote™ by Praxion, tailored for the home-improvement field-sales workflow

Price the job in front of the customer, and every version saves itself

Build the job line by line with the customer watching, and the total at the top moves as you build it — no calculator, no stepping away, no “let me work something up and call you.” The quote saves itself onto that customer as you go, never onto somebody else's job, and you can email it to them before you pull out of the driveway.

Every version you price stays in a row of tabs on that customer, each labeled with its product codes and scope, so a re-quote three months later starts from what you actually offered, not from memory. Open one and the whole thing comes back: lines, quantities, coupons and price.

On the card, the quote shows the last price you offered, how far that sits off retail (measured against the estimator's own retail, not the marked-up sticker) and the commission tier it lands in. On a sold job the company's own work order loads by default, so you always build from what was actually signed.

❓ How-to at the top of the estimator walks through it step by step — building the job, the price modes, coupons, the payment plan and sync — with this job's own numbers when one is on the sheet. And you rarely have to search for a customer to get here: tap any job on the estimator ticker and the estimator opens on it.

The quote builder with line items and quantities on screen and a running total of $•,••• at the top.
Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Pick the customer at the top, or start pricing straight away and attach them after.
    2. Enter the quantities line by line. The total at the top keeps up with you.
    3. Leave it alone — the quote saves onto that customer by itself. To bring back an earlier version, tap its tab above the quote.
    4. Email it to the customer from the same screen before you leave.
How to use the estimator — step by step
    1. Build the job. On 💲 Build Quote Price, type the quantities for each product. The total under the sheet is the price the customer sees. Tap the 👁 on the price column to hide the per-line prices from the customer; 🗑 Clear All starts over.
    2. The SUB button — Regular, Juice, Juice + Fee. Tap SUB (top right of the sheet) to cycle three ways of rolling out the price. Reg is the price book list as is, coupons straight off it. Juice is the list plus 35%, coupons off that higher number, so 35% + the $100 yard sign lands below list. J+Fee is the one built to land full commission: the roll-out price starts from the 60-month list (the job's list plus the $100 admin fee, grossed up for the 18.75% 60-month plan fee), then +35% and +$100. Give 35% (Seasonal 15% + Senior 10% + Military 10%) and the $100 Yard Sign and the contract lands $1 over 60-month list — 100% to list on WF 60 months. Switching into J+Fee picks the 60-month plan for you.
    3. Then pick how the balance is paid. On 🧾 Admin-Invoice-PDF Builder, choose the payment plan and enter any down payment (and how it is paid). In J+Fee with the coupons on, the contract re-prices itself to $1 over that plan's list: Check has no plan fee, so it drops the most; WF 12 months (4.25%) sits in between; 60 months (18.75%) is the price you showed. A down payment lowers the price a little, because the plan fee is only charged on the financed part. A price you type yourself is left alone until you change the plan, the down payment or the job.
    4. How commission is worked out. Commissionable price = contract − the plan fee (on the financed balance) − the $100 admin fee. % to list = commissionable ÷ the job's list. At 65% and up you earn 8% of par plus 53.7% of everything over par, which tops out at 24% of list right at 100% to list — nothing more above 100%. 60–64.99% pays 5%, 55–59.99% pays 2%, 45–54.99% pays 1% (employee), below 45% pays nothing. Show Commissions in App (Settings & Integrations → Profile) shows or hides the commission on the estimator; 🎯 shows the price you need for each tier on each plan.
    5. Coupons. Tap a coupon to add it, tap it again to remove it: Seasonal 15% · Senior 10% · Military 10% · Yard Sign $100 · Home Show $100. Flex Install, Commercial and Par / Par x2 take a dollar amount you enter. Employee and Cost Price set the price straight to that level for the plan picked.
    6. Finish. 💲 QUOTE! builds the PDF and the customer's link and opens the email for you to send (that is the Email Quote to Customer button). ☁ SYNC saves the quote to Salesforce — before it writes, it shows the retail price, the incentive, the contract and (blurred until you tap it) the % to list, and asks you to confirm the payment method and the down payment. ✅ SOLD! starts the sale paperwork. A customer who isn't on your list yet goes in through ➕ Self-generated sale at the top of the customer picker — it runs as a dry run (nothing written) until the admin turns it on.
The estimator's How-to: six numbered steps on one screen, from building the job and the SUB button's three price modes, through the payment plan and how commission is worked out, to coupons and the Quote, Sync and Sold buttons.
The ❓ How-to inside the estimator, photographed on a rep's phone. Tap the image to fill the screen.

Par is 65% of list ($1,000.00 here). Between 65% and 100% every dollar of commissionable price is worth about 54 cents to you, which is why J+Fee starts from the 60-month list and why 🎯 shows the price for each tier on each plan. At 62% to list the same job pays $100.00: a $1,000 contract leaves $1,000.00 commissionable, and the 60–64.99% tier pays 5% of it. Whether the commission shows on the estimator at all is Show Commissions in App in your profile; the customer never sees it.

    17 · The estimator ticker

Tap any job on the ticker and price it, and watch your jobs climb to Sale

The estimator ticker sits on the dashboard, right above Build Quote Price, and it is your last 30 days of jobs in rows: Today, Sale, Demos, No Demos and Canceled. Every job is a chip in its result color — green sale, yellow demo, orange no demo, black canceled, and white for one of today's jobs that isn't resulted yet. A sold job shows its job number; the rest show the customer's last name. A long row drifts slowly so the whole month passes by, and you can drag or flick it to find a job yourself.

Every chip opens the estimator. Tap one and the estimator opens on that customer, with their name, address, phone and email already filled in and their most recent saved quote loaded — or, on a sold job, the company's work order. No searching and no re-typing: re-price a demo that didn't close, or price a no demo from scratch, straight from the strip. The tap only opens the job; nothing is sent or synced until you do it yourself.

It keeps you moving jobs up. Your demos and no demos sit in their own rows, where you see them every time you open the app, so they don't go quiet. Run the demo, re-quote it, close it — and the next time the dashboard loads, that chip has climbed a row: No Demo → Demo → Sale. Tap Sale and it opens into Installed, Collected and Verified, so you can see how far each sale's money has come; tap Today and it opens the blue Installing row for jobs going in today.

The estimator ticker with both rows opened: Today with chips in their result colors, a blue Installing row, Sale with its Installed, Collected and Verified rows, then Demos, No Demos and Canceled. A No Demo chip is circled to show it is tapped, which opens the estimator on that customer.
The ticker with Today and Sale opened, rendered from the app's own ticker with sample data: made-up customers and job numbers, no real customer is shown. Tap the image to fill the screen.

    The rows, in plain English
    1. Today: today's jobs. White until resulted, then in their result color.
    2. Installing: the install date is today. It is not finished yet.
    3. Installed: the install is marked complete, or its install date passed within the last 60 days.
    4. Collected: the payment is marked collected, or the installed job's commission is in.
    5. Verified: the payout is matched on your own pay record.
    How you use it
    1. Open the dashboard. The ticker is right above Build Quote Price.
    2. Read Demos and No Demos first: that is the work that pays next.
    3. Tap a chip. The estimator opens on that customer, filled in, with the last quote loaded.
    4. Price it, save it, result it. Next time the dashboard loads, the chip has moved up a row.
    5. Tap Sale or Today to open the rows under them.

    18 · Good, better, best

Three ways to do the house, priced, with the paperwork already drawn

One tap on the card lays out Good, Better and Best side by side: Gutter protection only, gutter protection with new gutters, gutter protection with new gutters and downspouts, and the whole system with soffit and fascia. Each is priced off the price sheet and comes with its own Exhibit A and Exhibit B, filled in on the real forms with Full or Partial marked.

The small jobs are there too: CSR only (clean, seal & reinforce, already included with gutter protection), sagging runs repitched, a leaking miter corner, end caps (drawn on the sheet, no charge), or just the one bad downspout. New gutters only where the photos show them failing, gutter protection on the rest. Or set the house run by run: filter and gutter on the same runs, or on different ones. Drop any option into any tier, and Open in estimator loads it line for line.

Good, Better and Best options side by side, each with its price, lines, downspout codes and Exhibit A and B.

    How you use it
    1. Tap Good·Better·Best on the card, or on the digital drawing.
    2. Swap any tier to another package, or set runs by hand under Custom.
    3. Tap Open in estimator on the one the customer picks, then save the quote as usual. Nothing is sent from this page.

    19 · The incentive

Coupons and the same-day discount, worked out for you

Every saving the customer qualifies for is one tap: seasonal promotion, senior, military and veteran, yard sign, home show — or type a coupon code straight into the bar under the contract price. Each one shows as its own line, so the customer sees exactly what they are saving and why, and the total before savings, the same-day purchase discount and the final investment all move together. Once a coupon is on, its dollar value is locked, so changing how they pay can't quietly shift it. And a code the app has never seen can be taught once and used by every rep after that.

Price it by the commission you want. Type the rep-only code COM SLIDER into the coupon bar and a slider appears. Slide it to the commission you want to land on and the price moves to match — showing the commission, the tier, the percent to list and how far the price sits off retail as you go. The customer only ever sees a named saving that matches where the price landed (same-day purchase discount, preferred customer discount, loyalty discount, employee pricing or cost pricing), so the invoice always reads cleanly.

The invoice page savings area: the coupon code bar, the coupon buttons, each saving listed on its own line, the same-day purchase discount, and the total investment.
The full page, captured live from the site. The job reference and rep-only figures are obscured on purpose. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Tap each saving the customer qualifies for, or type their code into the coupon bar and press Apply.
    2. If the code is new, teach it once — the percentage or dollar amount — and it applies straight away.
    3. Show them the savings list and the same-day purchase discount, line by line.
    4. The total investment at the bottom is the number that goes on the contract.
    5. Want to price by pay instead? Enter COM SLIDER and drag to your commission.

    20 · The invoice

The paperwork is finished before you stand up

The invoice page is where a priced job turns into a contract. Contract price, down payment and how it is being paid sit at the top, and every figure is a whole dollar — rounded up, never a stray cent — so the number on the invoice, the emailed quote and the office's copy is the same number everywhere. The scope of work is laid out line by line, with the color and material picked right beside each line while the customer is looking at it. And the three steps of closing run left to right across the top in the order they happen: save the quote, sync it, and see the work order.

The invoice page: the Quote, Sync and Work Order buttons across the top, contract price, down payment and payment type, and the scope of work with color pickers.

Quote sync. Picked on the invoice, these choices go to Salesforce with the quote: each color lands on its own quote line, and the fascia board goes in as its material: primed wood, unprimed pine or cedar (Pine Primed, Pine Unprimed or Cedar in Salesforce). A color Salesforce doesn’t list is flagged, never forced in.

    How you use it
    1. Open the job from the customer's card and switch to the invoice tab.
    2. Check the contract price, then enter the down payment and how it is being paid.
    3. Walk the customer through the scope of work and pick the color on each line with them.
    4. Tap across the top: quote, then sync, then work order.

    21 · For the customer

A clean quote they can open on their own phone

The customer gets their own private link to the quote — no account, no password — showing the scope, every saving and their total investment, with the measurement drawing of their house attached. It shows them only what is theirs to see: never cost, margin, commission or your notes. The same quote goes out as a PDF from your own email address, with you copied in, so when they reply it comes straight back to you.

The customer's quote: scope line by line, every saving by name, and the total investment.

    2. They open it on any device. Nothing to sign up for.
    3. Their reply lands in your inbox and in the customer's history.

Drawings and Exhibit A and B
    22 · The drawing

Draw the house on the real Exhibit A and B, and it matches the quote both ways

You don't have to draw it at all. EaveDrop and your walk-around or uploaded photos draw the digital Exhibit A and B for you: every run on its side and story, the gutter size and color, the filter color (White), corners, downspouts with their codes, miters and end caps. The same numbers fill the estimator, so the drawing, the paperwork and the quote all start from one measurement. Drawing by hand is there to check it or change it.

Sketch each gutter run with your finger over a barely visible sky view of the house, and the footage counts up as you drag — to scale, so a line along an eave reads its real feet (typing them stays one tap away). The story is picked from what your photos show on that side. What prints is the real paper Exhibit A and B — customer, street, city, state and job number filled in, Partial marked with what is not being done — from your drawing. Before the sale the drawing fills the estimator — every run on the right product line for its floor and gutter size. After the sale it works the other way: the quote or work order shows beside what is drawn, line by line with a ✓ or ✗, and one tap fills corners, downspouts, elbows and color from the quote, so the paperwork matches what was sold.

The digital drawing on screen: runs drawn over a faint sky view with their feet, the gutter protection details panel with the filter color White, and below it the quote or work order line by line with a check or a cross next to what is drawn.
The digital drawing on screen. What it prints, Exhibit A and Exhibit B, is shown below. Captured from the app with sample data; no real customer is shown. Tap the image to fill the screen.

Exhibit A (gutter protection order sheet, left) and Exhibit B (gutter and downspout order sheet, right) filled in for a sample house: feet per side and story, colors, corners, downspout footage, elbows, miters, end caps, the downspout codes and the sketch.
What prints: Exhibit A (gutter protection, left) and Exhibit B (gutters & downspouts, right), filled in from the drawing with feet per side and story, colors, corners, elbows, miters, end caps and each downspout's code. How you use it
    1. Run EaveDrop and upload the walk-around (photos or a video): Exhibit A and B and the estimator fill themselves in.
    2. Open Exhibit A/B from the customer's card to check it, or drag each run along the eave on the sky view — the feet count up; tap Add run (or change the feet).

    23 · Paper sheets, read

Hand-drawn Exhibit A and B, read, checked by their own totals, and squared up

Hand-drawn sheets get the same check as digital ones. Plenty of reps still draw Exhibit A and B on paper. The app reads the sheet photos that have not been traced yet. A drawing is only accepted when its runs add up to the totals written on that same sheet — the way an install manager checks it. If they don't add up, the job stays on Action Needed, with what didn't add up. Nothing is guessed onto a sheet.

On the digital sheet, Snap to scale tidies a hand drawing. Each run is set to the feet you wrote, squared to the house, with the joints kept together. Tap it again to undo. Partial ticks itself when the notes say no detached garage, house only, left side only, porch only or no 2nd story.

Photos know their side. Each one is placed on the front, back or a side of the house from what is in it: the front door, the driveway, a deck, the A/C unit, matching windows and trees. Which way the wall faces is read from the shadows. That is used to sharpen the drawings and the paperwork checks.

The digital Exhibit sheet in the app: a drawing squared up with Snap to scale, the Partial box ticked, and the totals for each run.

    24 · Downspouts, coded

The right numbers on the right exhibit, and every downspout drawn where it goes

Exhibit A is the gutter protection sheet; Exhibit B carries the gutters, downspouts, miters, soffit and fascia. The app knows which sheets each job needs — gutter protection only, gutters only, soffit & fascia, or all of it — and flags the job when one was turned in and the other wasn't. The filter color follows the gutters it sits on, and every install correction shows that gutter color.

Each downspout carries its setup code, like A3A8A5 or A3A8A[H]5: A is an elbow out toward you, B one to the side, [H] a zip hinge, and each number is the feet in that piece. They start from where the downspouts are on the house today, the codes print on Exhibit B, and a copy of your own photo of that side shows where each one goes.

Every revision comes in the one approval: a job missing an Exhibit A or B gets it drawn on the real form from the quote, the drawing and EaveDrop — header, Partial, totals, corners, colors, downspouts and codes — next to the corrected sheet and the marked-up photos. Only a true manual change (the quote itself, a payment) stays a to-do. You check, you approve; nothing is sent until then.

A paperwork fix with the front of the house, the gutter color, a downspout code for each downspout, and the photo with each downspout drawn and labeled.
Captured from the app with sample data and a sample house — no real customer is shown. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Open the fix on Action Needed — or Exhibit B on the digital drawing.
    2. Check each downspout code; change one if the customer asked to move it or set it up differently.
    3. Approve: the corrected Exhibit B and the marked-up photo go to CompanyCam together.

    EaveDrop, AR and lighting
    25 · The measurement
A Praxion productPraxis EaveDrop™, a product of Praxion — AR measurements, VR reports and live customer quotes, tailored for the home-improvement field-sales workflow

Measure from the address with EaveDrop, and the estimator fills itself in

EaveDrop measures the house from the address in about a minute, with no ladder. Tap EaveDrop on the customer's card and you get every roof edge, which ones carry gutter, the story of each run, corners and downspouts. Your walk-around photos and video sharpen it: they confirm the stories and the gutter size, a run you mark on a photo lands on the 3D model, and if the model doesn't look like the house it tells you which side. Pick only the runs the customer wants and the price and the card follow, as a partial job. The gutter linear feet flow straight into the estimator and onto the real Exhibit A and B. EaveDrop is free for every rep.

No photos and no 3D roof model yet? Gutters only go on eaves — the level edges — and a rake climbs to the peak. The public lidar reads the roof along each edge of the house and says which is which, and the map's own roof shape adds a vote, so a gable end is not counted as gutter before anyone visits. In the photo view, things of known size — a garage door, the front door, a story height — are boxed, and each gutter line shows the length they imply next to EaveDrop's: a built-in check that the line over the gutter is right. After the install, the work order's actual lines show on the card and become the truth every measurement and sheet is graded against.

The 3D model is the house itself: the roof, the siding, the gutters and the downspouts in the colors the walk-around photos show, with the shingles and siding laps drawn in. Beside it is a list of every feature, the way the big measurement apps lay it out: roof squares, pitch, facets, ridges, hips and valleys; wall area; gutter feet, runs, corners and end caps; rakes and trim; and every downspout on the house now, placed where the photos show it, with its size, its kick-out and where the water lands. Hover or tap a feature to light it up on the model, and the eye hides it. The same roof squares, pitch and wall area are where a roofing or siding estimate starts (every product line).

Your phone's compass and level do the rest. Turn the compass on once and every walk-around photo is stamped with the way the camera was pointing and how it was tilted. The app knows which wall it is — front, right, back or left — and which way that wall really faces (north, south-east and so on), so photos land on the right side of the house without guessing from shadows. A slim strip at the bottom of the camera window shows the direction and a level ✓, so the shots come out straight. A side you picked yourself is never changed; if the compass disagrees, the app just leaves a note.

Check the eave height with the phone. Stand back a few paces, sight the gutter line along the top edge of the phone and tap Lock: the tilt and your distance give the height of the eave, the story it means, and how it compares with EaveDrop's number for that side. A second check on the stories before the price is set.

The EaveDrop page: measured from the address, an aerial measurement of the house with eave, rake and fascia feet, and the accuracy and delivery time up front.
Captured live from the site. Tap the image to fill the screen.

AR measurements: hold the measurement up against the real house. Tap AR / 3D in EaveDrop or in the Job Photos window and the EaveDrop house, the same model the report is built from, stands in the driveway at real size (or at 1:50 on the kitchen table), roof, siding and gutters in the colors the photos show, with each side's footage on it. Turn it so the front faces you or line it up with true north, and walk around it with the customer. The same page has a full-screen 3D walk-around with the sun where it really is at any hour, and a VR view on a headset.

Why AR makes every measurement more accurate

Each number gets checked against the house itself, on site, before anything is priced or ordered:

    • Every side, checked by eye. Each side's feet and story sit on the model at real size next to the real house, so a run that is too long, too short or on the wrong story stands out.
    • Missed runs caught before the order. A porch, bump-out or garage run that is on the house but not on the model shows up while you are standing there, not on install day.
    • Tape a run with the camera (Android). Point at the gutter line, tap each corner, and the feet add up by side and sit next to EaveDrop's number for that side.
    • The phone checks the stories. The eave-height check and the compass-stamped photos confirm each side's story and which wall each photo shows.
    • One set of numbers, start to finish. Fix a side once and the estimator, Exhibit A and B and the quote all carry the same feet.
    • The customer sees their own house with its numbers on it, so the price is easy to trust.
Works on iPhone, iPad and Android, with nothing to install

Works from the phone or tablet you already carry: iPhone, iPad or Android, with nothing to install. No app store, no download: the AR opens in the viewer already built into the phone.

    • iPhone and iPad. Opens in Apple's built-in AR viewer from Safari: the house in AR at real size or tabletop, plus the 3D walk-around.
    • Android phones and tablets. Opens in Google's AR viewer from Chrome (Google Play Services for AR), plus live measuring with the camera.
    • Any computer. The 3D walk-around with the real sun, to look the job over before you go.

Live tape measuring runs on Android. On iPhone and iPad, viewing the house in AR and the 3D walk-around both work.

The AR measurements and the 3D model price the quote. Nothing on the model is decoration: the gutter feet by story, the corners, the downspouts, the roof squares, the pitch and the wall area are the quantities the estimator opens with, and the runs you tape with the phone or fix on site change the same numbers. Pick only the runs the customer wants and the price follows as a partial job. The 3D model also ships as a file the phone's own AR viewer opens (iPhone, iPad, Android), so the customer sees their house with its feet on it before they sign. A virtual inspection and demo is used only for leads a rep finds online themselves (Praxis Seek), never for company-issued leads.

VR reports: the job in 3D, for management, the install department and the customer. The EaveDrop report is an interactive 3D virtual report: the model, each side's feet and story, eave heights, corners, downspouts and the photos of each side. Walk around it in any browser; on a VR headset whose browser supports it, the AR / 3D page shows Open in VR headset. Management reviews the grade and checks before a quote is approved, and after the install the crew's actual footage is read back from Salesforce and graded against it. The install department preps the crew from the feet by side, heights, downspouts and photos, with Exhibit A and B drawn from the same numbers. The customer sees their own house and what is going on it in Customer view, which hides cost and internal checks. Today the report opens in the rep's account; view-only report links for management, install and the customer are being added. The leadership portals are in preview with sample data: operations manager, regional, install.

As many data sources as we can get, fused by trust. Every source votes on what it knows — the outline, the eave height, the pitch, a run's length — weighted by how much it can be trusted and how sure it is, and the report says per side how many sources agreed and which one disagrees. A source with nothing for an address is skipped and the report says so.

All data sources: 15 live today, 11 ready to connect
    • Live today (15): the 10 cm aerial 3D surface model (the precision engine: drip-edge outline, eave vs rake, story per eave, facets, ridges, hips, valleys); Google's own roof model (planes, pitch, area, imagery date); USGS 3DEP public lidar flown on a different date (agreement, and "the house changed"); USGS point elevation; OpenStreetMap footprints and building levels; the address-pin check; Street View from three angles; satellite and USGS NAIP aerials for the sky view; your walk-around photos and video (stories, gutter size, corners, downspouts, known-size objects per line, model-vs-photo per side); the phone's compass and level; the tilt eave-height check; the AR tape; the 3D model held up in AR; and the installed footage read back from the work order. Property records and HOVER / EagleView on the rep's own account switch on with a flag.
    • Ready to connect (11, off by default): USGS 3DEP lidar point clouds (finer than the 2 m surface where the flight is dense); Microsoft Building Footprints and Google Open Buildings; Regrid parcel and assessor data (the lot line, so the measurement is never the neighbor's house); county assessor open data; Mapbox and Esri aerials; licensed listing photos (never scraped); Nearmap and EagleView imagery on your key; phone LiDAR depth scans (LiDAR iPhones and iPads, depth-capable Android); and walk-around video photogrammetry, scaled by the AR tape, as a second 3D model from the ground.
The EaveDrop 3D model of a basic 40 by 30 foot one-story house with a hip roof: white gutters on all four eaves and four downspouts, each side labeled with its footage and story (Front 40 feet, Right 30 feet, Back 40 feet, Left 30 feet, all 1st story) and a 140 foot gutter total.
The EaveDrop 3D model: every side labeled with its feet and story, gutters and downspouts where they go. Front 40' + Right 30' + Back 40' + Left 30' = 140' of gutter. Sample house and sample data; no real customer or address. Tap the image to fill the screen.
Top-down measurement of the same sample house with a dimension line on every side (Front 40 feet, Right 30 feet, Back 40 feet, Left 30 feet) beside a table of gutter runs by side and story totaling 140 feet, with a 10 foot eave height, 6/12 roof pitch, 4 outside corners and 4 downspouts.
The same house from above, measured side by side: the feet per side and story add up to the 140' total that fills the estimator and Exhibit A and B. Sample house and sample data. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Tap EaveDrop on the customer's card, ideally before you get there.
    2. In about a minute, the linear feet by side are on the card.
    3. Open the estimator. The quantities are already filled in. Adjust any side that looks off, then price.
    4. On site, turn the compass on in the photo window: every photo is placed on its side, and 📐 Eave height checks the stories.
    5. Tap AR / 3D in EaveDrop or the photo window: the house stands at real size next to the real one, on iPhone, iPad or Android. Check each side's feet and story against the house, and show the customer.
    6. On Android, tap Measure to tape any run that looks off with the camera; it sits next to EaveDrop's number for that side.
    7. Add photos or a walk-around video: the model takes on the house's colors and its downspouts, and you can check it against the house.
    8. Price from the model: the estimator opens with the feet by story, corners and downspouts. Your manager, regional and install manager can open the same house and the same numbers.

    26 · Permanent lighting

Permanent holiday and accent lighting, quoted from the same measurements as gutter protection

Permanent roofline lighting hangs on the same eaves the gutter guard goes on, so its footage is the same number. The house is already measured: the eave runs on the drawing, EaveDrop's feet per side and story, and the estimator's gutter protection lines all carry it. A lighting quote reuses the gutter footage instead of a second trip up the ladder. Only gables or rakes — the sloped edges, where no gutter runs — need adding if the customer wants them lit, and EaveDrop already tells those edges apart from the eaves.

The estimator has its own Lighting section: lighting footage per foot, the control box, a booster box, extra zones (two are included), a Wi-Fi extender, an outlet, attic, extended-jump and wall-fish labor, and taking down or re-hanging lights that are already there. Pick the housing for each story and its color, and the quote goes to Salesforce under its own lighting bundle, read back like any other. On the drawing, tap Lighting on a run to count the same line under lighting too, so Exhibit and quote agree. Selling gutter protection and lighting on one visit is one measurement, one estimator and one install conversation.

Eave: 40 ft for gutter protection = 40 ft of lighting Gable / rake: added only if lit 1 2 3
A diagram, not a screen: the same eave feet serve both quotes.
    How you use it
    1. Measure the house once — EaveDrop or the drawing — exactly as you would for gutter protection.
    2. In the estimator, open Lighting and put the same eave feet on Lighting footage. Add gables or rakes only if they are lit.
    3. Pick the housing and color for each story, then the control box, any booster box, extra zones and labor.
    4. On the drawing, tap Lighting on the runs it covers, so the Exhibit matches the quote.

    Closing and paperwork
    27 · In sync

Your quote and Salesforce, checked against each other

Tap Sync and the quote is built in Salesforce from the one you priced — same products, same quantities, same price — with the incentive price and tax worked out and filled in for you. It always shows you a preview before anything is written, it never overwrites a price the office set on purpose, and it reads the result back to confirm it landed.

After that, the two are compared both ways. When they agree, the quote carries a green Synced check you can trust; when they don't, you're told exactly what is different. Quotes that were only half finished are picked up and completed automatically, so nothing sits at zero because a step was missed.

A customer card showing the Salesforce link, the verified quote and what is still to sync.
Captured live from the site. Customers appear by first name only; surnames, addresses, phone numbers and emails are obscured on purpose. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Save the quote, then tap Sync on the invoice page.
    2. Read the preview — products, quantities and total — and confirm.
    3. Look for the green Synced check on the quote. It stays there.
    4. Tap Work Order to see where the order stands and the install dates, once there are any.
What actually happens in Salesforce, step by step
    1. The quote is built. A draft CPQ quote is created on the customer's opportunity, and each product goes on it with your quantity and the price-sheet price.
    2. The bundles are built the way Salesforce expects. Every product sits under its bundle (gutter protection, gutters, fascia and soffit), and the zero-dollar gas allowance line is added like on every office quote. Correct bundles are what let Salesforce produce the work order and the install dates later.
    3. It is read back. Line count and total are re-read from Salesforce and have to match yours to the dollar. A "saved" message on its own is not taken as proof.
    4. It is applied to the job. The quote becomes the primary quote on the opportunity. That is what makes Salesforce assign the job number and the contract amount.
    5. Incentive price and tax. The incentive price is filled in and Avalara is asked to calculate tax, and the app waits until the tax reads "Up to date". Any quote that stopped halfway gets finished by a background pass. A price the office set on purpose is never overwritten.
    6. Payment is matched to the quote. A OneLeaf check or card payment, or Versatile financing, is read back and checked against the quote that sold.
    7. The quote becomes a work order. Once the sale is signed, the quote is marked ordered, and Salesforce's own automation builds the Order, then the install work order, then the service appointment. The app waits for each one to appear and never pretends one exists.
    8. Install dates come from that work order. Only dates Salesforce actually offers are shown. The booked window is the one that gets circled on the cover sheet.
    9. Checked every night. The nightly job check compares quote, bundles, tax, payment, work order and paperwork against each other, and anything off shows up in Action Needed.

    28 · Before the contract

Payment and contract notes, settled before the DocuSign

Settle how the customer is paying before the DocuSign goes out, so the terms print on the contract. Open the contract and a short pop-up comes first: check or OneLeaf, a credit-card link, a finance application, or $0 down with a check on completion. Then mark the job Full or Partial.

The contract notes are drafted from the quote: partial or not, which sides are not being done, no detached garage, 1st or 2nd story only, the price and the payment. Change anything you like. Saving adds them to the opportunity's notes and never writes over what the office wrote. The result menu's explanation is pre-filled the same way, with the last price and the scope.

Financing or card? There is a button for it. When financing (Versatile) or a card was chosen, a payment button shows on the card. It lays out the agreed amount to finance or charge, and the customer's phone and email. One tap opens the opportunity, where Salesforce's own button sends the link. It goes out when you tap it, never on its own.

    29 · Nothing missing

Every job is complete before it is submitted — 0 to 86 to 100%

No job goes in half-finished. Salesforce scores every job on a short checklist — primary quote, contract amount, down payment type, down payment amount, application type, and the signed DocuSign — and the card shows that same score as one bar, one segment per step, right inside the result-colored header: green for a sale, yellow for a demo, orange for a no demo. The bar is blue while it fills and green at 100%. The result pill is sized by how much it matters: a canceled notice stands out most, then a sale.

When you post a quote from the app, the terms you already gave at the table — zero down, cash or financing, the payment option on the invoice — are filled into Salesforce for you. The job lands at 86%: ready for the DocuSign. Just before the contract, a short pop-up asks how they are paying and drafts the contract notes, so the terms print on the contract (see Before the contract).

The last step, Result: Sale, unlocks only once the DocuSign is completed. Result it, and the job reaches 100% and the Install dates button appears (Result it). Nothing is overwritten that you or the office already set, and the app never sends a contract on its own.

A sold job's card header in green, with the large Sale result pill and the sales completion bar inside the header, one segment per checklist step.

Before the DocuSign: payment chosen and contract notes drafted, so the terms print on the contract. DocuSign completed → Result: Sale unlocks → 100%, and the Install dates button appears.
One bar in every card's header, read from Salesforce's own Sales Completion score, with Result: Sale as the last step.
    How you use it
    1. Post the quote from the app. The bar fills to 86% on its own.
    2. Answer the before-the-contract pop-up, then send the DocuSign from Salesforce.
    3. Once it is signed, result it Sale. The bar turns green at 100%.
    4. Tap Install dates in the header and book the install.
    Why it matters
    1. For reps: no half-finished job bounced back days later, no re-keying in Salesforce, and you can see at a glance what is still yours to do.
    2. For the office and installers: every job arrives complete — quote, terms, signature — so it can be ordered and scheduled the first time.
    3. For customers: the price, terms and contract they agreed to are the ones on file, so the install day matches the conversation at the table.
    4. For the business: fewer cancels from paperwork errors, faster installs, more net sales kept — and lead builders see their leads become finished jobs.
    5. Where it is going: the same bar will also audit the job photos, the financing approval and the booked install date, so 100% means the whole job is truly done.

    30 · Result it

A full bar unlocks Sale, and Sale brings the install date

Every appointment is resulted from its own card. The red Not Resulted pill opens the same results Salesforce uses — Demo – No Sale, No Demo, Not Hit, Reset, Not Dispatched, Pending Customer Decision and Canceled Appointment — and records the one you pick. A demo needs a quote built and photos in CompanyCam first, so every demo has the work behind it; a no demo only recommends them. The explanation is filled in with the short code of what you quoted, ready for a second chance later.

Sale is not on that menu, on purpose. It unlocks only when the Sales Completion bar has filled to its last step: primary quote, contract amount, down payment type and amount, and application type all ticked, and the DocuSign back signed. Then Result: Sale appears on the card. Add the short code, a line about the job and Full or Partial, result it, and the bar reads 100% in green.

That is what brings the install date. The moment the job is a resulted Sale, the Install dates button shows in the card header with the real dates Salesforce offers for that job's install, each with its arrival window. Pick one with the customer, check the preview, book it, and the date is on the card before you leave (The install date).

    How you use it
    1. After the appointment, tap the red Not Resulted pill on the card and pick the result.
    2. On a sale, finish the contract steps. The bar fills as each one is done, and the signed DocuSign completes it.
    3. Tap Result: Sale, add the short code, a line about the job and Full or Partial, and confirm.
    4. Tap Install dates in the header, pick a date and window with the customer, and book it.

    31 · The install date

Install dates with their arrival window, booked once

Book a real install date, with its arrival window, before you leave. Once the sale is resulted, the Install dates button opens the dates Salesforce is offering for that job's install work order. Each date shows its arrival window: 8 AM–Noon, Noon–4 PM or 4–8 PM. The best fits for the crew route are starred. You see a preview, and nothing is booked until you confirm.

Tap a 4–8 PM window late in the year and a small note warns that it gets dark early. It only shows when you pick that window. A job that is already scheduled can't get a second date, unless the install date was missed. And the card header shows just the date, with a small “booked by you” or “booked by” and your manager's name after it.

Sold jobs without a date are easy to find: on All Opportunities each one shows a Pick install date chip. Tap it to book (you confirm first), email the open dates to the customer, or copy them for a text. Nothing is ever made up — only dates Salesforce offers appear.

    32 · Matches the quote
A Praxion productPraxis Audit™ by Praxion, tailored for the home-improvement field-sales workflow

Paperwork that matches the quote, caught before the install team asks

What gets installed is what was sold, so the quote — or the work order once there is one — is the truth. Every sold job's Exhibit A and B, the sheet photos and the digital drawing alike, is checked against it: Gutter protection feet on each story, corners, filter color, downspout feet and elbows. Anything missing, different, or on the paper but not on the quote is flagged on Action Needed and on the card.

Each one comes with the corrected sheet ready to look at, every number taken from the quote. Approve stays locked until what you type matches the quote, and nothing changes until you approve it.

An Action Needed paperwork check listing what does not match the work order, with the fix and a must-match warning.

    1. Open the 🔎 Paperwork check on Action Needed or on the card.
    2. Fill in anything only you know, like how many corners are inside and how many outside.
    3. Approve: the corrected sheet goes to CompanyCam and onto the job's photos.

    33 · Nothing slips

Action Needed: every job checked every night, and you're told what's left

Every night the app walks through each sold job with an install still ahead and checks the things that hold up an install or a paycheck: the right order sheets for what was actually sold, the house photos, the cover sheet, how the quote was built, the tax and the payment. Anything missing lands on one Action Needed list and on the job's own card as a green, amber or red chip, and you get one short alert on your phone instead of finding out from the office a week later. A missing sheet costs a trip back; finding it the night of the sale costs a photo. Each item shows how many days old it is and how close the install is, with the nearest install first.

The Action Needed list: counts of jobs to act on, filter chips by what is missing, and each job's missing items with the reason and an Open job button.
Captured live from the site. Customers appear by first name only; surnames, addresses, phone numbers and emails are obscured on purpose. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    What gets checked every night
    1. The order sheets the scope needs: Exhibit A for gutter protection, Exhibit B for gutters, fascia and soffit, both when both were sold.
    2. Each paper sheet's drawing, read and added up against the totals written on it (Paper sheets, read).
    3. Front, side, back and inside-gutter photos, and exactly one cover sheet per job.
    4. The quote built in bundles so install dates come through, tax up to date, and a payment on file.
    5. Chatter where the office or management is waiting on your answer.
    How you use it
    1. Open Action Needed, or look for red and amber chips on a job's card. Each item names exactly what is missing.
    2. Fix it the way you normally would: upload the sheet or photo, or answer the chatter. Replying clears it, or tap Mark addressed.
    3. The next nightly check confirms it, and the job drops off the list by itself.

    34 · When install asks

When the install team asks, the fix is already drawn on the same form

When the install team posts that a sheet is missing corners, downspouts, a filter color or footage, the request lands on Action Needed and on the card with the fix already drafted: Exhibit A and B redrawn on a clean copy of the same form, every number on its own printed line in a legible handwriting style, labeled CORRECTED or REVISED with your initials and the time, plus the reply to the installer. Several requests on one job become one card. Every number comes from the quote or the work order; if the installer's number differs, the paperwork stays with the quote and the reply says the quote has to change first.

Downspout codes come with it: from EaveDrop and the photos, or, when the house was never measured, built from the work order's exact feet of pipe and its A and B elbows. Anything filled in from the photos or the work order waits for your Verified tick before it can go out. Every job packet also carries a work order page: the Salesforce lines in their bundles with sizes, colors and codes, and no prices. Once the job is installed, it leaves Action Needed.

Each fix also writes the job note for the opportunity's Detailed Explanation — timestamp and initials first. Copy & open Salesforce copies it and opens that customer's opportunity so you can paste it in. Nothing is uploaded or posted until you approve it.

An install-team request on Action Needed with the corrected sheet, the reply and the Detailed Explanation note.

    How you use it
    1. Open the request from Action Needed or the card.
    2. Check the redrawn sheets, fill in anything only you know, and tick Verified on anything prefilled.
    3. Approve, or tap I updated the paperwork myself if you already fixed it.
    4. Tap Copy & open Salesforce, paste into Detailed Explanation, then Pasted.

    35 · Human error, removed
A Praxion productPraxis Audit™ by Praxion, tailored for the home-improvement field-sales workflow

Every job checked against Salesforce every night, so nothing a person forgot holds up the install

A job gets held back from a clean install for ordinary reasons: a sheet nobody turned in, a filter color nobody wrote down, a quote that says one number and a work order that says another, a payment never recorded, a contract that was sent but never signed, a question from the install coordinator sitting unanswered in Chatter. Each one is a person forgetting one thing on one job. The app does not forget. Every night it reads each sold job straight from Salesforce — the opportunity, its quote, the work order and the order's Chatter — and checks it the same way every time.

What is checked, job by job. The quote against the paperwork against the money on the work order (contract amount, amount on order and the quote all within a dollar of each other); every value the order needs (feet per story, corners, filter color, downspout feet and elbows by size, gutter feet) present on the right sheet — Exhibit A for gutter protection, Exhibit B for gutters, fascia and soffit, both when both were sold; the house photos and one cover sheet; a payment on file; the DocuSign out, signed, or voided; a cancellation request; and every install-team post in the order's Chatter, read and sorted into what the app can fix on the sheet and what only you can do in Salesforce. Anything it can fix arrives with the fix already drawn and waits for your tap (When install asks); a cancel arrives with the save offer drafted (Cancel saves); everything else lands on Action Needed, on the job's card, and as one alert on your phone (Notifications). It reads Salesforce; it never changes the order, the quote, the price or the payment.

The same audit for the office, the region and the company. The checks above run per rep. Pointed at an organization's Opportunities and order Chatter — read-only — they become a Clean-install audit: how many jobs are held back from a clean install right now, and why, by rep, office, region or nationwide, with the oldest and the nearest install first. The Manager, Regional and Install portals show the same list (Manager, Regional & Install portals), so the install coordinator, the manager and the rep are all looking at one truth instead of three inboxes, and a leader can message the reps it names with an acknowledgement required.

Office and nationwide roll-up: on request. The per-job checks run today for every rep on the app. The roll-up across an office, a region or the whole company needs read-only access to that organization's Salesforce opportunities and order Chatter, granted by the company. It counts and lists; it does not write.

What it takes out of human hands
    1. Remembering which sheets a job needs, and checking each one was turned in.
    2. Reading the sheet against the quote: feet per story, corners, filter color, downspouts and elbows by size.
    3. Comparing the quote, the contract and the work order's money.
    4. Watching the order's Chatter for the install team, and redrawing the sheet when they ask.
    5. Chasing the payment record, the signed contract and the photos before install day.
    6. Finding out, as an office, how many jobs are stuck and why — counted, not guessed.
    How you use it
    1. Nothing, most nights. The check runs on its own and only tells you when something is off.
    2. When it does, open the item from Action Needed, the card or the alert. The fix is drawn or the reply is drafted; check it and tap Approve.
    3. Leaders open the Clean-install audit on their portal, tap a count to see the jobs behind it, and message the reps it names.

    36 · Install day, confirmed

The install cover sheet fills itself in, and goes to the customer with one tap

Once a sale is scheduled, the gutter protection “Preparing for Your Installation” sheet is already filled in: the customer, the address and the job number come from Salesforce, the install date and the exact arrival window come from the booked appointment, and the payment schedule and method come from the payment ledger, so a check reads as a check. Their DocuSign signature is referenced by envelope and date rather than copied, which keeps it true.

The sheet goes into the job's CompanyCam project, one per job, and a single tap emails the customer their own copy from your address. Whether the job is the full house or a partial prints after the job number — the same scope that is on Exhibit A and B and in the contract wording.

A filled gutter protection Preparing for Your Installation cover sheet with the customer, arrival window, payment method and DocuSign line marked.
A real sheet the app produced for a scheduled job. First name only; the address, job number, dollar amounts and DocuSign envelope are obscured on purpose. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. On a scheduled sale, tap Cover sheet on the job. It is filled in already, and anything can be corrected before it is added.
    2. Tap Add to job: it goes into the job's CompanyCam project, once. Only sales that are scheduled and signed get one.
    3. Tap Email cover sheet to send the customer their copy from your own email. Nothing is ever emailed without you pressing the button, and Send test to me lets you check it first.

    Reviews, referrals and advocates
    37 · Reviews

Reviews asked for at exactly the right moments

Happy customers leave reviews when somebody asks, at the right time. This asks for you — the day after the appointment, two days after the install, then again at six months, one year and two years — from your own email, and by text too when you want. Each request carries your office’s review link, so every customer can leave a public review. Each stage goes out once and only once, and a canceled job is never asked.

    38 · Referrals

Referrals asked for every time, without you remembering

Every happy customer is worth asking, and almost nobody asks every time — not because reps do not know, but because the ask happens hours after you have driven away. This does it for you: once a job is far enough along, it puts the request in front of the customer, tracks who signed up, and follows the ones who did through to confirmation. It waits a sensible few hours after the appointment rather than firing while you are still in the driveway, and it will never ask the same customer twice.

Integration required. Referral sign-up has to be connected for each rep's office and its referral and review capture system. Until it is, the card shows the attempt and why it is waiting, as in the picture above.

    How you use it
    1. Nothing. It runs on its own, once a day, for every rep.
    2. Check the referral list to see who has been asked and who signed up.
    3. Anyone who needs a personal nudge is flagged for you.

    39 · The advocate worker

The referral gets filed for you, without opening another app

When a customer agrees to be a referral advocate, you tap once on their card and keep driving. A worker running the rewards app does the rest: it signs in as you, fills in the customer's details, submits, and signs out again, in about thirty seconds. Afterwards it reads your advocate list, so the same customer is never filed twice, and the thank-you email waits until the customer actually appears on that list. If the app on the worker ever breaks, it repairs itself before it takes the next referral, so a bad moment on the worker never costs you one.

    Communications and the virtual rep
    40 · One conversation

Every word with a customer, and every change on the job, in one place

Part of Praxis Virtual Sales Rep: the business line & inbox.

Calls, texts, emails and the notes the office leaves about a job all land in the same thread, on the customer they belong to — not split across your phone, your inbox and somebody else's screen. Each message shows what the job was at the time it was sent, so a reply from three weeks ago reads in the right context. When something needs an answer, a reply is suggested; nothing is ever sent to a customer without you pressing send.

Switch to Job history and read everything that ever happened on the job as one stream, oldest or newest first: every message, every office note and every change to the job itself, with the days marked so the gaps stand out. “They went quiet for four days” reads very differently next to “the install date moved twice that week.”

The conversation view: every customer on the left, one thread on the right with a suggested reply and what needs doing.
Captured live from the site. Customers appear by first name only; surnames, addresses, phone numbers and emails are obscured on purpose, and so are office staff surnames. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Open a customer and read the whole conversation in one scroll.
    2. Reply from the same place — it goes out from your business number.
    3. When a suggested reply appears, read it, change what you want, send it.
    4. Tap Job history to see every change on the job in order, oldest or newest first.

41 · Praxis Virtual Sales Rep
A Praxion productPraxis Virtual Sales Rep™ by Praxion, tailored for the home-improvement field-sales workflow

A second rep that answers, drafts and follows up — and waits for you

Every customer text, call and email lands on the job it belongs to, and the virtual rep reads it the moment it arrives. It works out what the customer is actually asking for — a question about the quote, a new appointment, an install date, “we're ready to go ahead” — and drafts the right reply for you, using what is really on the job: the price you quoted, the open install dates, the paperwork that is still missing. When the answer is an action rather than a message, it lines the action up too, so you are one tap from done.

Praxis Virtual Sales Rep handles phone calls, job actions, price changes, scope changes, rehashes and cancel saves. It is trained on the company’s own proven sales system, it gets sharper the more reps use it, and it acts only when the rep approves.

The business line and inbox are part of Praxis Virtual Sales Rep. Every rep gets their own business number, and every text, call, email and office note lands in one thread per customer. Quiet hours, Do Not Disturb, the opt-out line and carrier registration are applied to every send, so the drafts and the delivery live in one tool (the business line & inbox, one business line).

Quiet customers get their next touch drafted at the right moment — a financing nudge, a seasonal reminder, a “your price is still held”. The post-demo thank-you (the follow-up) and the runs for demos that didn't close (second chances) wait in the same approval queue. Quiet hours and do-not-disturb are yours to set. When a sold customer writes in to cancel, a save offer is drafted for you too, priced off the job's own numbers (Cancel saves).

Drafts from your own book. Tap Generate drafts & actions on the Communications page and customers you have already met — past demos, no demos and no-sales — get a short text draft in your name offering to refresh their price from the measurements on file. Every draft waits under Waiting on your approval: edit it, Approve & send, or Deny. You set the daily cap, how far back it looks and the name it signs with, and nobody is drafted twice inside 30 days. The doors around a recent install are Praxis Predictive Canvas’s job, and every approved message goes out from your business line.

The rule it never breaks: nothing reaches a customer unless you approve it. That is enforced in the app itself, not by a setting that could be switched on by accident. Messages to you are different — the virtual rep texts you directly when something needs your attention, always with the fix and whether it is one tap, automatic, or needs someone outside the app.

    42 · One business line

One business number for texts and calls, and your personal number stays yours

Part of Praxis Virtual Sales Rep: the business line & inbox.

Every rep gets their own business line inside the app — a real phone number that is yours alone, never shared with another rep. Give that number out, print it on your cards, put it on the quote. Customers text and call the business line; you answer from your own phone, and they never see your personal number. Texts, calls, emails and the office's Chatter notes all land in Praxis Virtual Sales Rep’s inbox, one thread per customer, in the tabs you already know: Texts & calls, Email, Outreach and Chatter. Nothing is split between your phone, your inbox and someone else's screen.

When a customer calls or texts, your phone shows the lead card, not just a number. A text pops a notification that reads like the customer's card — first name, job number, what they said, the address, the quote, the install date and the last few messages — with Open thread and Call right on it. A call rings your real phone the way any call does, so you swipe to answer like always; while it is still ringing, the same lead card lands on your screen so you know who it is and what is open on the job before you pick up. One tap opens the conversation. The virtual rep (feature 40) has usually drafted the reply by the time you get there — you approve it, change it, or leave it. Nothing goes to a customer without you.

Quiet hours and Do Not Disturb are yours. Set the hours your business line sleeps (out of the box it is 9 PM to 8 AM, in your own time zone) and flip Do Not Disturb any time you want the work line off entirely. Anything heading to a customer — an approved reply, a reminder, a follow-up — is held until the window opens, so a reply you approve at 10 PM goes out at 8 AM, not in the middle of the night. Turning the work line off is a switch in the app on your personal phone, not a second handset to leave in the truck.

The business-line inbox: every customer listed by job number on the left, and one customer’s thread on the right with All, Texts & calls, Email, Outreach, Chatter and Job history tabs and a drafted thank-you.
The business-line inbox, one thread per customer. Captured from the app with sample data — no real customers, prices or addresses. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    What is live today
    1. Your own number. Each rep's business line is set up once in Settings and belongs to that rep only; the app refuses to send from a shared number.
    2. Texts in. A customer text lands on their job, pops the lead-card notification on your phone and is also forwarded to your cell as a plain text, so you see it even with the app closed. The virtual rep drafts the reply and waits for your approval.
    3. Calls in. A call to your business line rings your own phone, showing the business line as the caller so you know it is work before you answer. The lead card lands while it rings. If the call cannot be put through, the caller hears a short message asking them to text instead.
    4. Quiet hours and Do Not Disturb. Both are enforced in the app on every text that would leave to a customer — held, not lost, and sent when the window opens.
    5. Email and Chatter. Customer email replies are read, sorted and answered on approval; office Chatter notes land on the same job and you reply from the card.

Texting customers is switched off until carrier registration clears. Every business line has to be registered with the carriers before texts can leave to customers (the same rule every business texting service follows). Until that comes back approved, texts to customers are drafted and held, and the app watches the registration and notifies you the moment the verdict changes. Texts from customers, calls, email and Chatter are not affected.

    Rolling out Being built
    1. Do Not Disturb for the inbound side. Today quiet hours and DND hold what goes out. Next they also quiet what comes in: outside your hours, or with DND on, the lead-card pop and the forwarded text stay silent until morning, a call goes to voicemail with your greeting instead of ringing your personal phone, and an after-hours text gets a short automatic “we'll reply in the morning” and shows up in the thread when you turn the line back on.
    2. Voicemail and ring time. The greeting and how long your phone rings before the caller is taken care of are saved per rep today; wiring them to the live call is the next step.
    On the roadmap Coming
    1. Virtual estimates by video. Send a customer a video-call link (Zoom, Google Meet or FaceTime) in the same text thread and run the estimate on their screen, with the quote and drawings shared from the app.
    How you use it
    1. Set up your business line once in Settings. Give customers that number, not your cell.
    2. When a customer texts or calls, tap the lead card on your phone. The thread opens with the reply already drafted.
    3. Approve, change or ignore the draft. Nothing goes out without you.
    4. Set your quiet hours once. Flip Do Not Disturb when you want the work line off; flip it back when you are working.

    43 · One-tap approvals

Every request becomes a yes-or-no you answer in one tap

Requests come from two directions: the customer (“can we move the install”, “send me the paperwork again”, “we want to go ahead”) and the office or your manager (a price change, a reschedule, a job change to sign off). Either way the app turns it into an action already lined up and waiting behind a gate — approve and it happens, deny and it doesn't. Nothing runs on its own.

Every item tells you three things so you never have to go digging: what the request or problem is, when it came in, and the exact fix. Each one is also labeled honestly — automatic when the app is already handling it and you can ignore it, needs your tap when one decision from you finishes it, or manual when something outside the app has to change first. So the list is never a to-do list of things you can't actually do from your phone.

Customer email works the same way. Email Updates on the dashboard keeps every customer's whole chain under that customer — newest customer first, oldest message first inside — with a pill on each message saying what it is: wants to cancel, reply, price question, reschedule. Every open request carries one Address → button that lands on that customer's conversation with the action already lined up. A cancellation shows the job's own numbers under the request — what they pay now, their install date, and what the job is worth at three prices: Par, Employee and Cost — so you can choose a save with the facts in front of you. Nothing runs until you tap Approve.

The actions list on a customer: each action with its fix, marked Needs your tap, with an Open link.

Email Updates for one customer: the whole email chain under that customer, each message with a pill (Chatter, Wants to cancel, Cancel save offer sent, Reply) and one Address button for the open request.
Chatter Wants to cancel Cancel save offer sent Reply Email Updates: one customer's whole chain, a pill on every message. Photographed on a rep's phone; customer details are obscured on purpose. What happens next: Cancel saves.
    How you use it
    1. Open a customer, or the approval list from the dashboard. Anything waiting on you is marked Needs your tap.
    2. Read the one-line fix under it.
    3. Tap Approve, or Open to finish it — or Deny, and nothing happens.
    4. Items marked automatic need nothing from you; items marked manual tell you who has to act.

    44 · Cancel saves

A customer asks to cancel, and the save offer is already drafted

Part of Praxis Virtual Sales Rep — it acts only when you approve.

When a sold customer emails to cancel, the request lands in Email Updates and on Action Needed with the job's own numbers under it: what they pay now, their install date, and the job priced three ways — Par, Employee and Cost. You choose a save with the facts in front of you, not from memory.

If you haven't answered within two hours, the app drafts a save offer at Par, or the next price that is a real save, as a reply in their thread and your phone gets a push: Cancel-save draft ready. Approve sends it; Dismiss drops it. The moment you reply yourself, it steps back. From there it follows the thread for you: the customer's yes, their no, or three days of silence each reach your phone once.

They said yes? Tap Apply cancel-save price. The check shows the old price and the new one, the commission you give up, and every guard it passed: it is still a sale with a contract, the customer accepted, and the new price is at or above cost and below what they pay now. The Detailed Explanation line is written for you — a cancel save, old price to new, scope unchanged, install date held — ready to paste. Approve, and the new price is applied to the job's quote with the tax worked out again and read back. Still a no? Cancel the contract or Send one more follow-up — each asks you first.

A personal thank-you, written before you reach the truck

Say or type a sentence about the appointment — the house, what you found, what you offered — and a warm, specific follow-up is written for you. It names the day you were there and the products you talked about, and it goes out with their quote attached. It sends from your own email with you copied in, so it reads like it came from you, because it did. Nothing is sent until you have read it.

The follow-up email window: quote attachment, a recap box and the create-draft button.
Captured live from the site. Customers appear by first name only; surnames, addresses, phone numbers and emails are obscured on purpose. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Tap Email Cust Quote on the customer's card as you leave.
    2. Say or type a line or two about the visit.
    3. Read the draft, change anything you want, and send.

    46 · Second chances

The demos you already ran are worth money

Rehashes are part of Praxis Virtual Sales Rep — it acts only when you approve.

Most people who did not buy did not say no — they said not now, and then everybody got busy. This keeps that list warm without you keeping it in your head. It watches the ones worth another conversation, works out when the moment has come round again, and drafts the follow-up. Kept completely separate from new outreach, because somebody who has already sat at your table should never be written to like a stranger.

It fills itself. Every new demo that didn't close and every no demo is picked up automatically. Demos get a run of follow-up emails that quote the last price you offered — the final number after the incentives you gave — and no demos get an offer to re-set the appointment. When the run ends it keeps going, a fresh follow-up every two weeks, until the job sells, cancels or you stop it. The offer can step down over the run — never below cost — and when a customer says yes you get a REHASH READY alert. Every email is a draft that waits for your tap; none of it goes out on its own, and nothing is sent overnight.

The rehash list: timed follow-up drafts for past demos, each waiting for approval.
Captured live from the site. Customers appear by first name only; surnames, addresses, phone numbers, emails and job numbers are obscured on purpose. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Open the follow-up list — it is ordered by who is most worth a second run.
    2. Each one shows what happened last time, so you are not going in cold.
    3. Approve the draft, adjust it, or leave it for later.

    47 · Finish the house

Every partial job, searchable, with a finish-the-house note for each

Every customer who only did part of the house is a sale waiting to be finished. The Partial jobs page finds them for you — from the sale notes, the EaveDrop selection, the Partial tick on the sheet or the drawing — and lists what was left: which sides, and how many feet. A job whose installed footage is well under the measured house is listed too, marked “check”.

Search by name, city, side or notes, and filter by months since the install, feet left and side. Select the customers worth asking, and one tap drafts a personal finish-the-house email for each. The drafts never mention price, and they wait in the Rehash approve list — nothing is sent until you approve each one.

The Partial jobs page: every partial job with the sides and feet left, the filters by months since install and feet left, and the Draft finish-the-house messages button.
Captured from the app. Customers appear by first name only; surnames, addresses, phone numbers and emails are obscured on purpose. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Open Partial jobs. The number of jobs, the feet left and a rough size of the opportunity are at the top.
    2. Filter — for example 12+ months since install and 50+ feet left — or search a name or city.
    3. Select the customers and tap Draft finish-the-house messages. Read the preview.
    4. Approve each draft from the Rehash list, change it, or leave it.

    48 · The business line & inbox

Part of Praxis Virtual Sales Rep: the business line & inbox every message goes through

Part of Praxis Virtual Sales Rep — Praxis Virtual Sales Rep™ by Praxion. It acts only when you approve.

Praxis Virtual Sales Rep’s business line and inbox are the channel: a business line for every rep, one thread per customer for texts, calls, email and the office’s Chatter notes, and the delivery of anything that leaves for a customer. It sends nothing on its own. Praxis Virtual Sales Rep drafts for customers you already know, and Praxis Seek drafts for people asking for help in public; the line carries them once you say yes.

The rules it applies to every send. Quiet hours and Do Not Disturb hold anything heading to a customer until the window opens. The opt-out line is always on, and a customer who replies STOP is not texted again. Daily caps apply, and nobody is drafted twice inside 30 days. Customer texting is its own switch: it starts off, and it stays off until the carriers have registered the line.

The details: One conversation (the thread and the job’s history) and One business line (the number, the lead card on your phone, quiet hours and Do Not Disturb).

    How you use it
    1. Set up your business line once in Settings and give customers that number, not your cell.
    2. Read and answer every customer in one thread on the Communications page.
    3. Approve a draft from Praxis Virtual Sales Rep or Praxis Seek. It goes out from your business line, inside your hours.
    4. Set quiet hours once, and flip Do Not Disturb when the work line should be off.

On the roadmap. Opt-in outbound sequences for customers who ask for them, behind an admin switch.

Approved reps become gutter protection referral advocates on social media

Homeowners ask for help in public every day: a gutter overflowing, fascia rotting, a roof or siding job after a storm. Corporate-approved reps can now meet them there as gutter protection referral advocates — with their own influencer-style videos and posts, and with helpful replies where people are already asking.

Praxis Seek watches Facebook, Reddit, X and other public feeds for homeowners asking about gutters, roofs and the outside of the house, and gives each post a lead score so the best chances come first. For each one it drafts a helpful reply — advice first, not a pitch — and sends it to the rep with three buttons: Approve, New reply or Deny. Nothing is posted until the rep approves it. New reply writes another version; Deny drops it. Approved replies offer a free in-person or virtual estimate, and since EaveDrop measures a house from its address, a virtual estimate can start before anyone visits. Virtual inspections and demos are only for leads a rep finds online themselves — never for company-issued leads.

When the homeowner answers, the thread hands off: Praxis Virtual Sales Rep drafts the follow-ups and helps close — booked estimate, quote, signed job — sends each message from the rep’s business line only after the rep's yes.

A rep's Praxis Seek chat: a Facebook group post asking for a good roofing and gutter company, lead score 88, pending approval; the drafted reply; and the Approve, New reply and Deny buttons.
Piloting with approved reps. A post it found, the reply it drafted, and the rep's three buttons. The poster's surname and the post's picture are blurred.
A Reddit post from a homeowner looking to replace their gutters, lead score 92, status successfully replied after the rep approved, and the reply that went out.
After the rep tapped Approve: the reply that went out. The poster's surname is blurred.
    How it works
    1. A rep is approved by corporate to market as a gutter protection referral advocate.
    2. Praxis Seek finds homeowners' posts asking for gutter, roof or exterior help, and scores each one.
    3. Each draft reply comes to the rep: Approve, New reply or Deny.
    4. Approved replies invite a free in-person or virtual estimate. When the homeowner answers, Praxis Virtual Sales Rep drafts the follow-ups and sends each one after the rep approves.
Illustrative scenario, not a forecast. 1,800 reps × 5 self-sourced sales per rep per year × $1,000 average sale = $10,000,000 in new annual revenue. Leads are submitted to the company only when a sale closes. Self-sustaining reps find and help customers who need them — a new lead source on top of company leads, plus the efficiency gains across the CRM.

Piloting with approved reps — every post and reply is approved by the rep first. For corporate-approved reps only. The pictures are from a rep's Praxis Seek chat; the same flow is being brought into the app now. On the dashboard, the Praxis Seek preview shows sample posts and replies; nothing is read, sent or booked from it.

    50 · Praxis Podium
A Praxion productPraxis Podium™ by Praxion, tailored for the home-improvement field-sales workflow

Praxis Podium™: every scoreboard, in the chat your team already uses

Put the scoreboard where the team already talks. Praxis Podium posts to the messaging app your office already uses — Telegram, WhatsApp (to each team member's number), Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, GroupMe and more — and the same post can go to several at once, so offices on different apps still share one scoreboard.

Every sale, as it lands: the rep's first name and last initial, the city, the contract amount and the product line — never the customer's name, phone, address or job number. Recaps, on their own: nightly at 9 PM, weekly on Sunday, monthly on the month's last day and quarterly at quarter end. Each one leads with the office leaderboard — the top five reps in every office, medals for the top three and the office total — then the stat sheet. Nobody keeps a spreadsheet or posts screenshots to keep score.

Summon a scoreboard. A manager creates a Praxis Podium for their office, their region or the whole company and adds it to the team’s Telegram group with one link — or simply by adding the bot’s @username. It posts only between 6 AM and 11 PM. Pause it, resume it, re-link it or remove it at any time; a company-wide switch controls whether anything posts at all.

Inside the app the same race runs all day: the live rankings strip across the top of the dashboard, the Rankings page with the top ten of every list, a confetti congratulations on every open screen when anyone closes a sale of $10,000 or more, and the recap emails on the schedule each rep picks (report cards).

    🌳 The Tree of Fame

Every sale grows a tree. Each sale adds a leaf to the rep’s own tree and to their office tree — Milwaukee, Madison and a Combined tree for both, and every office that summons Praxis Podium gets its own trees automatically. Trees start as saplings and grow taller and fuller with every leaf. Bigger sales hang higher in the canopy; Cost-line deals fill out the lower branches. The rep’s name — first initial and last name, like “D. Moss” — runs down the trunk of their tree.

Illustration of a sample office Tree of Fame for Milwaukee: green leaves for sales, the biggest near the top and smaller deals on the lower branches, gold leaves for quarter and half-year awards, glowing gold leaves for year-end awards, and the office name down the trunk. Invented data. MILWAUKEE Milwaukee · office tree 81 leaves · sample Sample — invented data
    • Green: a sale (bigger leaf, bigger sale)
    • Gold: quarter or half-year award
    • Glowing gold: year-end award
    • Pale, dashed: pre-Salesforce history
An office tree — the biggest sales at the top, smaller deals on the lower branches, award leaves in gold.Sample data — illustration, invented numbers
A rep’s tree after a big sale — it pops up, spins 270° so every leaf shows, then sways in the wind.Sample data — invented rep

Leaf awards. At the end of every quarter, half year and year, the top three reps in each office win leaves in five categories — Volume, Closes, Slug, AOV and NVPI (net volume per issued lead): 5 leaves for 1st, 2 for 2nd and 1 for 3rd. Quarter and half-year awards are gold leaves, counted on gross volume. Year-end awards are glowing gold leaves, counted on net volume after cancellations and awarded two weeks after December 31, so late cancels land first. A tie shares the place.

Slug and NVPI are awarded only among reps whose issued leads are on record in the app (at least 10 in the period), and AOV needs at least 3 sales — nobody is ranked on a guess.

    • The daily recap GIF — after the nightly recap, the office tree plays: the names of today’s sellers appear and fade, their new leaves float up and attach, then the whole tree sways in the wind.
    • Big sales pop up the rep’s tree — every $10,000+ BIG TICKET ALERT (and now and then a $7,500+ sale or a comeback) is followed by the rep’s tree, spinning 270° to show every leaf.
    • /tree in the chat — /tree plus a name or initials (/tree dana m, /tree dm), /me for your own, or the group’s per-rep shortcuts like /dana_m: year-to-date sales, volume, average order, best day and leaves earned, a link to the tree, then the GIF.
    • Tap a name, see the tree — a rep’s name in a Praxis Podium post opens their tree. On the Tree of Fame page, tap a name in the standings or pick a rep, switch between All time and This year, hit Spin, and tap any leaf to see that sale.
    • The stats sheet — All time, Current year or Compare years (2 to 5 years side by side), per rep or per office, with an Open in Excel download.
    • History before Salesforce — sales from before July 1, 2026 can be imported from old stat sheets (CSV or Excel). They show only when Include pre-Salesforce history is on, as pale leaves marked historical, because they are not fully verified. Everything from July 1, 2026 on comes from Salesforce.

No customer name, address, phone or job number ever reaches a tree — just the rep’s first name and last initial, the amount, the product code, the city and the date. Each group’s Tree of Fame is a private link only that group gets.

    How it works
    1. An admin connects each office's group once — Telegram, Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, GroupMe or another — and can connect more than one. WhatsApp goes to each team member's number, because WhatsApp's official tools cannot post into a group chat.
    2. Or a manager taps Summon a scoreboard in Settings → Admin → Group chat agents, picks the office, region or company and the leaderboard and recap times, and adds it to the team’s Telegram group.
    3. Sales post themselves as they land. Recaps go out at 9 PM: every night, on Sunday for the week, on the month's last day and at quarter end.
    4. There is nothing for a rep to do.

Status. Summoned scoreboards run in Telegram today. The other chat apps connect through connections an admin sets up.

    51 · And the rest

The things that stop jobs going quiet

None of these need a screenshot to explain, and all of them are running today unless marked otherwise.

Integration required. The office board needs each office's data connected before it fills in. Until then it shows the filters and waits to load.

    Working for you right now
    1. A fresh job lands on your day — you are told straight away, with the time, the address and how long it will take you to get there.
    2. Time to get moving — a nudge before you need to leave, worked out from where you are and where you are going.
    3. A job cancels — you hear it from the app, not from the customer, and in time to do something about it (Notifications).
    4. Paperwork that does not add up — flagged before it becomes somebody's problem at the office.
    5. Photos missing before an install — chased while there is still time to take them.
    6. Job photos and paperwork in CompanyCam, automatically — the cover sheet, order sheets and photos land in the job's own CompanyCam project, and every night the app reads each project back to tell you what's still missing.
    7. Tax worked out and confirmed as part of pricing the job, not as a separate errand.
    8. Where you stand — your numbers against the room, all day, and your own recorded appointments to listen back to.
    9. The whole office on one board, and every job on one spreadsheet screen when you want to see the lot.
    10. Requests from the office or your manager arrive as a queue of job changes you approve or decline — not messages you have to remember.
    In work
    1. Sending the contract out remotely In work — works today through the systems we already sign in to; direct access would make it faster and more reliable.
    2. Booking the install date In work — the dates are real and live now; a connected token would let us show the office's own preferred-slot ranking instead of our best guess.

    52 · Manager, Regional & Install portals
A Praxion productPraxis Command™ by Praxion, tailored for the home-improvement field-sales workflow

Every rep, every office and every install, on portals that talk to the rep's app

Separate apps for leadership, tailored to each company. Operations managers see all of their reps at once: today's appointments, run, sit and close, sales and pipeline, each rep's lead cards, the jobs that need attention, commissions pending, coaching flags from the recorder grades and the office leaderboard. Regionals see every operations manager's office side by side, with trends, escalations and a tap down to any office's reps. Install gets its own crew board: jobs ready to schedule, paperwork-complete checks, requests to reps, and completed, verified installs with their photos. All three see the same Clean-install audit the rep app runs every night: how many jobs are held back from a clean install, and why.

One score for every rep. Praxis TrueEdge™ by Praxion, tailored for the home-improvement field-sales workflow — is a single number from 0 to 100 that combines training-manual mastery, graded call recordings and sales performance, weighted toward recent results. Reps see their own; managers see every rep’s. It is the only rep score in the app: Praxis Coach raises it, and Praxis TruePair uses it to recommend who gets each lead. A rep’s own read on an upcoming appointment stays with that rep and is never used for assignment.

Lead assignment, from Praxis TruePair. Each new lead arrives with Praxis TruePair’s recommended rep and the reasons, and the manager confirms it. Time off (RTO): a rep requests days off with a reason from the rep app, the manager approves it, and the rep is marked unavailable on those days automatically. Praxis TruePair skips them, and the availability calendar shows it.

Messages to the rep app. A manager can message one rep or the whole office, a regional one rep, an office or the whole region, and corporate the entire workforce. Ask for an acknowledgement and the message stays on the rep's screen until they tap Acknowledge; read receipts show the sender who has read it and who has acknowledged it. Sales, results, cancels and install requests still travel both ways in real time.

Access only the admin grants. The portals are separate apps. Nothing in the rep dashboard or Settings links to them, and reps never see them. Only the company's admin issues a Manager, Regional, Install or Corporate role and assigns that person's offices and reps. The admin also sets visibility once: hierarchy (managers see their own reps, regionals their own managers' offices, install its own install region) or company-wide. In both modes, reps never see each other's private data.

Status: Preview — rolling out. Click through it on made-up data: assign a lead, approve a time-off request and watch the suggestion change, and send a message that asks for an acknowledgement: Open the preview →

A Praxion productPraxis TruePair™ by Praxion, tailored for the home-improvement field-sales workflow

Praxis TruePair™: the right rep for every lead and the day dispatched, with the reasons shown and a manager deciding

Predictive lead assignment and dispatch. For each new lead Praxis TruePair weighs dozens of signals across every available rep and recommends who should take it, with the reasons in one line a manager can read in a second: the drive from the rep's last appointment, whether they are free at that hour, their close rate on that type of lead, how many appointments they already have that day, and whether they carry that product line. The manager taps Assign, picks another rep, or overrides; every decision is recorded, and auto-assign is there for managers who want it and starts off. The same ranking plans the day’s dispatch, so assignment and dispatch are one decision, not two.

Five families of signals. Praxis TrueEdge, each rep’s one score (above): training-manual mastery from Training combined with sales performance from Report cards. Product and segment fit: the product lines a rep sells and their record on that type of lead. Schedule and commitments: appointments already booked, workload, and approved time off, which takes a rep out of the running automatically. Travel time: the drive from the rep's previous appointment, and territory. Communication compatibility: the customer's stated contact and time preferences and the history of prior interactions with the company — nothing else.

Why this rep — an illustrative example
    1. 18-minute drive from the rep's previous appointment.
    2. Strongest close rate in the office on this product.
    3. Open 2–4 PM, the window the customer asked for.
    4. Training 96%.

Fair pairing. Praxis TruePair never uses protected characteristics — race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, genetic information, marital or familial status, veteran status — or proxies for them, for customers or reps. A customer's address is used only for travel time and territory.

In the Manager and Regional portals. The same Praxis TrueEdge scores appear as rep panels: training mastery and sales performance side by side for every rep, with a coaching prompt when a module or a product line dips. Regionals compare offices on readiness, pairing outcomes and how often managers override.

Status: Preview — rolling out. Praxis TruePair’s recommendation with its reasons and time-off skipping is in the portal preview today; Praxis TrueEdge scores and communication preferences are being added to it. Live re-dispatch as the day changes is on the roadmap. The example above is illustrative, with sample values. Praxis TruePair is part of every tailored Praxion build.

How it works Preview — rolling out
    1. A new lead arrives. Reps on approved time off or fully booked are set aside.
    2. Every remaining rep is scored on Praxis TrueEdge, product fit, schedule, travel and the customer's stated preferences.
    3. The best pairing arrives in the manager portal with its reasons and the runners-up.
    4. The manager assigns, picks another rep or overrides; the decision and its outcome are recorded.
    5. Praxis TrueEdge panels and coaching prompts show leadership where each rep stands.

Next to them is how the room is pacing, with other reps shown anonymously unless they have chosen to share. Every two weeks and every month, a report card scores your presentations against the sales manual, compares you with your last card, and turns your weakest spot into a specific next step and the part of the app that fixes it. Your Praxis TrueEdge score, out of a hundred, sits in the app all day, and on the Rankings page every list shows its top ten, folded to the top five with one tap.

    56 · The paycheck

Commission you can see, and check

Part of Praxis Audit — every check, pay reconciliation included.

Three numbers, always current: what you have earned, what is waiting to be paid, and what has landed. They reconcile to the cent, and the amounts stay hidden until you ask for them, so you can open this at a kitchen table. Underneath, every payday is set against what actually came through — when one is short, it is called out with the jobs behind it, before you would have noticed. And every job is listed with the date it pays.

Sample numbers — not associated with any rep.

Sample commission page for a made-up Sample Rep: earned $•,•••.••, waiting $•,•••.•• and paid $•,•••.••; a payday on 2026-09-18 flagged $•••.•• short with the job behind it; and every job with the Friday it pays. Sample numbers, not associated with any rep.
The real commission page, filled with a made-up “Sample Rep”, made-up customers and made-up figures, so nothing needs blurring. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Choose the window — this month, this quarter, year to date, or everything.
    2. Reveal the amounts when you are somewhere you are happy to have them on screen.
    3. Scan the payday rows. A short one is flagged, with the jobs that caused it.
    4. Open the job list to see each job, what it pays, and the date it pays.

    57 · Taxes

Your miles, your expenses and a running tax estimate, ready for your preparer

The Tax page in Settings keeps the tax side of a commission job in one place. Your miles come in on their own — every day's route, lead to lead, the same figure as the travel table — and are turned into a mileage write-off at the standard per-mile rate for the year, so there is no log to rebuild in April. Everything else you spend on the job is logged as you go: gas and repairs, tools, phone and internet, yard signs and cards, overnight travel, meals, insurance, training, software, home office or other, each with the date, the vendor, the amount, the share that was business use and a link to the receipt. Tell it once how you file — single, married filing jointly or separately, or head of household — your state, whether you are paid on a 1099, a W-2 or both, and your dependents, and each expense is tagged for the right schedule.

From that it keeps a live estimate for the year: your commissions from the paycheck ledger, less your expenses and the mileage write-off, with self-employment tax on the 1099 part, federal tax by bracket after the standard deduction and a rough state figure (none in states without income tax). It shows the total, the quarterly figure, and where the year lands at your current pace, next to plain-English notes on what reps can and cannot deduct, the records to keep and the audit red flags to avoid. At year end, log the 1099s, W-2 or other forms you were sent, then tap Generate Tax Report for a PDF or CSV — commissions, expenses by category, miles, the write-off and the estimate — to hand to your preparer. Receipts and forms are never stored on the app; they stay on your own connected drive. The page is still being polished.

Not tax advice. The estimate is educational, built from the figures above and standard rates; your preparer confirms the mileage rate, your state's tax, credits and what you actually file, and the quarterly payments are still yours to make.

The Tax page in Settings: miles and the mileage write-off, expenses by category, and the running estimate, with the amounts blanked.

    How you use it
    1. Open Settings → Sections → Tax. Set how you file, your state, 1099 / W-2 / both, and dependents. Pick the tax year.
    2. Log an expense when it happens: date, category, amount, vendor, business-use % and the receipt link.
    3. Read the live estimate — total, quarterly figure and year-end pace — and the notes under it.
    4. At year end, add the forms you were sent, then Generate Tax Report and hand the PDF or CSV to your preparer.

    58 · Praxis Coach & Praxis Assistant
A Praxion productPraxis Coach™ — Praxion Coach™ and Praxis Guide™ by Praxion, tailored for the home-improvement field-sales workflow

Praxis Coach does all of the sales coaching, recorded demos included; Praxis Assistant answers the how-to

Praxis Assistant is the how-to guide for the job and the app — ask about an opportunity, a price, a product spec or how a feature works, and it answers from the app itself. It does not coach. On this page, Leaf Agent is also the animated leaf in the corner: tap Show me around and it bounces from section to section explaining each feature, or ask it a question and it answers from this manual. Turn the Praxis Assistant guide on or off with the chip at the top of this page or in Settings → Display & Themes.

Praxis Coach is the sales coach, everywhere. In the app it walks you through closing sequences, objection handling, product specs and how to draw a job, and if you tell it about your last appointment it gives you feedback. It records and grades your presentations step by step against the sales manual (below), and turns every low step into the exact training clip or technique to fix it. Your report cards come from it too, and the work raises your Praxis TrueEdge score.

In the team chat. Every office chat asks the same things again: a product spec, which code goes where, how a form is filled, when the cutoff is. Praxis Coach answers those from the answers that worked before and from the app itself, so a manager doesn’t type the same answer for the tenth time. When it doesn’t know, it doesn’t guess: it learns from how the reps and managers answer. Every answer is labeled as Praxis Coach’s, and new or uncertain answers wait for an approval before they post.

Record the demo. Every rep drifts. A step gets shortened, a demo gets skipped, a close gets rushed, and nobody notices until the numbers do. The rep recorder on every customer card catches it early. Tap 🎙️ on the card before the presentation. The app first checks the recording law for the customer's state: where everyone has to agree, it gives you the words to ask with, logs the customer's yes with the time, and records nothing if they say no.

Your words appear as you talk. Afterwards, tap Analyze My Presentation and Praxis Coach grades it step by step against the sales manual — 22 graded steps, plus three that only count when they come up — strictly, quoting what you actually said as the evidence for each score. It names your single biggest opportunity and the section of the training manual to reread, and points you to the training library's videos and books for your weakest steps. The grade is saved on the customer's card, so you can record again and see whether the step came back. Every grade feeds your Praxis TrueEdge score.

Then keep going with Praxis Coach: ask about any low step and it walks you through the right way, the word tracks and the reason behind them. The point is not a score. It is catching a bad habit in week one instead of month six.

The Praxis Coach panel open over the dashboard, with suggested training topics.

    2. A rep asks a basic question; Praxis Coach answers from past answers and the app, labeled as Praxis Coach’s.
    3. If it doesn’t know, it stays out of it and learns from the answer a rep or manager gives.
    4. New or uncertain answers wait for approval before they post.
    Recording and grading In testing
    1. On the customer's card, tap 🎙️. In a state where everyone must agree, ask with the words on screen and tap the customer's answer.
    2. Tap record and run your presentation as normal. Tap stop at the end.
    3. Tap Analyze My Presentation. Read the biggest opportunity first, then the steps.
    4. Reread the manual section it names, watch the library clip, and ask Praxis Coach about the step.

In testing. Recording works from the card; grading is opening up to reps as it passes its testing phase.

    Settings and integrations
    59 · Yours to set

Your ideas get built, and you decide what's shared

There is a box for your ideas, and every one of them gets read — they are reviewed each month and voted on by the people who use the app. You choose how often your own numbers get emailed to you, you can see what is coming next, and you control what of yours anyone else can see. Nothing about you is shared by default. All of it sits in one ⚙️ Sections menu in the top-right corner of Settings, with how many reps are active right under it.

The settings profile tab with the suggestion box open above the recap email schedule toggles, and tabs for what is coming next and for privacy.
Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Type the idea in the box and send it. It goes on the list to be read.
    2. Set which recaps you want — weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly — and they arrive on their own.
    3. Pick 🚀 Roadmap in the ⚙️ Sections menu to see what is already on the way.
    4. Pick 🔒 Privacy and turn on only what you are happy for other people to see.

    60 · Both directions

Ledger, remote control, or the whole CRM — it works both ways

Build in Salesforce or build in the app — either way the other side sees it, checked line for line. A quote built in Salesforce shows up on the customer's card here. A quote built here is written into Salesforce exactly the way the New Quote button writes it — same bundles, same lines, same fields — so the office, the installers and the work order never know the difference. Anything that does not match is flagged.

How much it writes is a switch, per rep. Leave writing off and it only reads: a ledger. Turn it on and it writes the quote, the result and the booking too: a remote control. With no Salesforce at all, it stores everything itself and is the CRM, ready to sync the day one is connected. The same goes for the programs around the job, like CompanyCam and Spiff. It works alongside major CRM systems, the most basic systems, or standalone (Connect anything).

Ledger Remote control On its own reads only — mirrored and checked reads and writes — like New Quote does the app is the CRM — stores everything Salesforce The app quotes · orders · payments · install dates read back, compared, flagged in Action Needed Salesforce The app quote built through the bundles → primary → ordered work order and install dates come back to the card The app= the CRM customer · drawing · quote · paperworkcommission · follow-ups · reviews · referrals Adapts to the programs around the job, in any of the three modes CompanyCam photos · Spiff commission · the referral app · Okta sign-in · other CRMs · the tedious hand-offs nobody ever integrated 1 2 3 4
Three ways to run the same app. Whichever one you pick, the card is the one place you work from.
    How you use it
    1. Connect Salesforce in Settings, or don't. Either way the card works the same.
    2. Build in Salesforce and watch it appear here, or build here and watch it appear there — both read back and checked.
    3. Writing to Salesforce is a switch, per rep. Leave it off and the app stays a ledger.
    4. Working without a CRM at all? Everything is stored in the app, and can be exported or synced the day you connect one.

    61 · Connect anything

Works alongside major CRM systems, the most basic systems, or standalone

Works alongside major CRM systems, the most basic systems, or standalone. Nobody has to give up a tool the office already runs on: if your office presents or builds in another program, such as SalesPro, keep doing it. Praxion Exterior Edition works alongside it, and the job still lands on one card with the quote check, the paperwork, the install date and the commission. Salesforce, CompanyCam, Spiff, DocuSign status and the referral rewards app are connected today.

No open API? It can still connect. Some tools don't offer a way in for other software. The app can still integrate with them through a secure watcher running in a browser session the rep is already signed in to — on the rep's iPad, for example — so what happens there reaches the card without anyone typing it twice. It works inside that rep's own session and sees only what that rep can already see. That is how SalesPro, or any other tool an office relies on, can be connected even without a back-end connection.
Honestly? You may not need the big-name software at all. Praxion Exterior Edition connects to the tools above when an office wants it — but nothing beats one standalone product built for the job, at a fraction of what name-brand software costs.
How a tool is added for an office
    1. The office names the tool and what should reach the card.
    2. A tool with an open API connects directly. One without connects through the watcher, in the rep's own signed-in browser session.
    3. Test jobs are compared with the card, field by field, until they match.
    4. It is switched on for the reps who use that tool.

    62 · Server health

See how the server is doing, and reconnect anyone in one tap

Know in one tap whether the app is healthy. Pick 🖥️ Server in the ⚙️ menu and tap Check server health: you see the machine the app runs on, its memory, how quickly the server is answering, the internet line, and how much the app is being used, plus the machine's temperatures in °F or °C (switch with one tap; your choice is remembered) and when the last local copy of the database was made. Server health is for the admin only. A green line says everything is running normally. Anything off is called out in red at the top. While it is open, it refreshes itself.

For admins: the admin panel lists every rep with Salesforce, CompanyCam and Spiff side by side. One tap sends a reconnect to that rep's own phone, and only they can approve it. One Salesforce approval connects CompanyCam and Spiff too.

The Server Health and Usage section in Settings: tiles for reaction delay, uptime, server memory and database size, the usage figures, the background workers and the PC it runs on.
The names of the hosting and automation tools are obscured on purpose. Tap the image to fill the screen.
    How you use it
    1. Open the ⚙️ menu and pick 🖥️ Server.
    2. Tap Check server health. Read the line at the top first.
    3. Tap °F or °C to switch every temperature on the page.
    4. Admins: in the admin panel, tap Salesforce, CompanyCam or Spiff next to a rep. They approve it on their phone.

    See it for yourself

There is a demo you can open without an account. It is stocked with made-up customers, and it is look-but-don't-touch — nothing you tap in it saves, sends, or reaches anybody.

    Demo password: PraxiondemoCRM

On the login screen tap 🎮 Try the Demo, then enter it. The password is case-sensitive.

    Questions? [email protected]

    Open the demo

About the pictures: most are real screens from a working book of business, captured as they are used; the ones marked sample data use a sample house and a made-up customer, and the ones marked diagram or illustration are drawings of a screen or a flow. Customers appear by first name only: every surname, street address, phone number, email address and picture of a house has been obscured before publication, and each image was checked twice — once automatically, once by eye — to confirm nothing identifying is readable.
