The install cover sheet fills itself in, and goes to the customer with one tap
Once a sale is scheduled, the gutter protection “Preparing for Your Installation” sheet is already filled in: the customer, the address and the job number come from Salesforce, the install date and the exact arrival window come from the booked appointment, and the payment schedule and method come from the payment ledger, so a check reads as a check. Their DocuSign signature is referenced by envelope and date rather than copied, which keeps it true.
The sheet goes into the job's CompanyCam project, one per job, and a single tap emails the customer their own copy from your address. Whether the job is the full house or a partial prints after the job number — the same scope that is on Exhibit A and B and in the contract wording.
- 1Customer, service address and job number, straight from Salesforce
- 2The exact install window from the booked appointment
- 3Total with tax and the payment type from the payment ledger
- 4The customer's window circled for them
- 5Signed electronically through DocuSign, with the date it was signed
- On a scheduled sale, tap Cover sheet on the job. It is filled in already, and anything can be corrected before it is added.
- Tap Add to job: it goes into the job's CompanyCam project, once. Only sales that are scheduled and signed get one.
- Tap Email cover sheet to send the customer their copy from your own email. Nothing is ever emailed without you pressing the button, and Send test to me lets you check it first.
What it does, step by step
- On a scheduled sale, tap Cover sheet. Customer, address and job number come from Salesforce.
- The install date and arrival window come from the booked appointment. Payment comes from the payment ledger.
- Check it, correct anything, then Add to job. It goes into the job's CompanyCam project once.
- Tap Email cover sheet to send the customer their copy from your email. Send test to me checks it first.

Time figures are typical estimates for an active rep, not guarantees. Error figures are guesstimates for a rep closing about 10 jobs a month. Both vary with the rep, the office and the job.
