Reviews asked for at exactly the right moments

Happy customers leave reviews when somebody asks, at the right time. This asks for you — the day after the appointment, two days after the install, then again at six months, one year and two years — from your own email, and by text too when you want. Each request carries your office’s review link, so every customer can leave a public review. Each stage goes out once and only once, and a canceled job is never asked.

A customer card with the Reviews button on the job tools row.
Captured live from the site. Customers appear by first name only; surnames, addresses, phone numbers and emails are obscured on purpose. Tap the image to fill the screen.

Integration required. Review links are set per office. Each office's review page and capture system has to be connected before its reps' requests go out.

How you use it
  1. Nothing. It runs on its own every night.
  2. To ask right now, tap Send Review Request on the customer's card.
  3. Every request sent shows in the customer's history.

Errors it prevents Guesstimates

Time figures are typical estimates for an active rep, not guarantees. Error figures are guesstimates for a rep closing about 10 jobs a month. Both vary with the rep, the office and the job.
