Never open Salesforce again
Work every job from one card per customer and one screen for the day, and let the app keep Salesforce up to date for you. Everything Salesforce needs still lands there, the way the office expects it. You just stop doing it by hand.
Salesforce is built to be a clean system of record: great at keeping data, hard to get around in from a driveway. Managers see the same truth as the rep — the same card, the same completion bar, the same Action Needed list — without texting anyone to ask where a job stands.
A few steps still finish on Salesforce's own button, like sending a payment link. The card opens the right record and tells you which button to tap.
| Salesforce, by hand | In the app | |
|---|---|---|
| 1Steps | About a dozen steps across several tabs and related lists: new quote, bundles, bundle configuration, recalculate, set primary, down-payment type and amount, application type, incentive price, tax. | Build it on one screen, check the preview, tap Sync. The rest is filled in for you. |
| 2Typical time | Typically 15–25 minutes per quote. | Typically 2–3 minutes. |
| 3Where errors creep in | Refreshing a quote and losing lines. A page that times out and has to be restarted. Getting lost between tabs and related lists. The wrong bundle, or a missing $0 gas line. Cents instead of whole dollars. A missed field that bounces the job back. | Built from the quote you priced and read back to the dollar. Bundles and the $0 gas line added for you. Whole dollars only. Missing fields filled, or flagged, before anything is submitted. |
| 4Training a new rep | Getting around Salesforce typically takes weeks to learn. | The card and the estimator typically take about a day. |
| 5Checking on a job | Dig through the record, or ask the rep. | The manager sees the rep's own card: completion, paperwork, payment, install date. |
- 1One screen instead of a dozen steps
- 2Typically minutes, not a quarter of an hour
- 3The usual mistakes, caught before submit
- 4A new rep typically working it in a day

How it reads and writes, step by step: Ledger, remote control, or the whole CRM. Every product it can be tailored to: Built for every product line.
What it does, step by step
- Open the customer's card. The quote, paperwork, payment and install date are all on it.
- Build the quote on one screen and check the preview.
- Tap Sync. The bundles, the $0 gas line, the incentive price and tax are filled in for you.
- The result is read back from Salesforce and has to match to the dollar.
- For the few steps that still need Salesforce's own button, the card opens the right record and names the button.
Time it saves Estimates
| Task | By hand, typically | With the app, typically |
|---|---|---|
| Building and submitting a quote | 15–25 min | 2–3 min |
| Checking where a job stands | 5–10 min of digging, or a text | Under a minute on the card |
| Getting a new rep working | Weeks | About a day |
Typically 2–4 hours a week for a rep writing about ten quotes.
Typical estimates, not guarantees.
Errors it prevents Guesstimates
- Salesforce build doesn't match the sheetThe Salesforce quote is built from the same quote the sheets are checked against, then read back.Guesstimate: 1–2 kickbacks a month avoided
- Lost lines, wrong bundle or a missing $0 gas lineBundles and the gas line are added for you, and the total must match to the dollar.Guesstimate: most quote re-dos gone
- No payment methodThe payment terms given at the table are filled in before the contract goes out.Guesstimate: about 1 a month avoided
Time figures are typical estimates for an active rep, not guarantees. Error figures are guesstimates for a rep closing about 10 jobs a month. Both vary with the rep, the office and the job.
