Ledger, remote control, or the whole CRM — it works both ways
Build in Salesforce or build in the app — either way the other side sees it, checked line for line. A quote built in Salesforce shows up on the customer's card here. A quote built here is written into Salesforce exactly the way the New Quote button writes it — same bundles, same lines, same fields — so the office, the installers and the work order never know the difference. Anything that does not match is flagged.
How much it writes is a switch, per rep. Leave writing off and it only reads: a ledger. Turn it on and it writes the quote, the result and the booking too: a remote control. With no Salesforce at all, it stores everything itself and is the CRM, ready to sync the day one is connected. The same goes for the programs around the job, like CompanyCam and Spiff. It works alongside major CRM systems, the most basic systems, or standalone (Connect anything).
- 1Ledger: reads Salesforce, writes nothing
- 2Remote control: writes exactly like the New Quote button
- 3On its own: Salesforce without Salesforce
- 4Adapts to the programs around the job
- Connect Salesforce in Settings, or don't. Either way the card works the same.
- Build in Salesforce and watch it appear here, or build here and watch it appear there — both read back and checked.
- Writing to Salesforce is a switch, per rep. Leave it off and the app stays a ledger.
- Working without a CRM at all? Everything is stored in the app, and can be exported or synced the day you connect one.
What it does, step by step
- Connect Salesforce in Settings, or don't. The card works the same.
- Build in Salesforce and it shows here. Build here and it shows there. Both are read back and compared.
- Writing is a switch per rep. Off, the app is a ledger. On, it is a remote control.
- With no CRM at all, the app stores everything and can sync the day one is connected.
Time it saves Estimates
| Task | By hand, typically | With the app, typically |
|---|---|---|
| Entering the same job in two places | 10–15 min a job | Once |
Typically 1–3 hours a week for an active rep.
Typical estimates, not guarantees.
Errors it prevents Guesstimates
- Salesforce build doesn't match the sheetBoth sides are read back and compared, and anything off is flagged.Guesstimate: about 1 kickback a month avoided
- Writing to Salesforce when you didn't mean toWriting is off unless it is switched on for that rep.Guesstimate: accidental writes gone
Time figures are typical estimates for an active rep, not guarantees. Error figures are guesstimates for a rep closing about 10 jobs a month. Both vary with the rep, the office and the job.
