One next thing per customer — and it's always true
Every customer shows exactly one next action, and only when it is yours to do. If the work is being handled for you, the card says so quietly instead of handing you a task that is not a task. If a job already has a date, it never asks you to set one. Nothing is ever marked finished because it was merely started. And the optional extras are labeled optional, so they can never crowd out the thing that actually closes the job. A list you have to second-guess is a list you stop reading — so this one gives you nothing to second-guess.
- 1Where every job stands, read top to bottom
- 2Anything that doesn't match is flagged, not buried
- 3What isn't done yet says so plainly
- 4Every day's jobs, one tap to open
- Work your customers from the top. Each one names one thing.
- If a card shows a quiet status instead of an action, nothing is needed from you yet — move on.
- Anything marked optional is exactly that. It will never block the job, and it will never nag you.

Time figures are typical estimates for an active rep, not guarantees. Error figures are guesstimates for a rep closing about 10 jobs a month. Both vary with the rep, the office and the job.
