Know what you are walking into

Before you pull up, the card already tells you what can be known: what the house looks like, how far it is and what the drive costs you, what the weather is doing to their gutters, and how this appointment compares with the ones you usually close. Each customer carries a read on how likely they are to buy and what is driving it, so you can spend your best hours on your best chances instead of finding out at the door.

A customer card with the insights panel open and the job tools underneath.
Captured live from the site. Customers appear by first name only; surnames, addresses, phone numbers and emails are obscured on purpose. Tap the image to fill the screen.
How you use it
  1. Open tomorrow the night before and read the top of each card.
  2. Plan your day around the strongest appointments and the shortest drives.
  3. Use what it tells you about the property to open the conversation.

What it does, step by step

  1. The card gathers what can be known before you go: the house, the drive and the weather.
  2. It shows how likely this customer is to buy, and what is driving that.
  3. Plan the day around the strongest appointments and the shortest drives.
  4. Use what it says about the property to open the conversation.

Errors it prevents Guesstimates

Time figures are typical estimates for an active rep, not guarantees. Error figures are guesstimates for a rep closing about 10 jobs a month. Both vary with the rep, the office and the job.
