The customer card
13 · What to point out

The card tells you what to point out, and whether it's the whole house

Before you sit down, the card lists what the job's photos show — rotting fascia, sagging gutters, overflow stains — each with a plain sentence you can say and the side of the house it is on. They come from your own photos and the job's CompanyCam photos, and you check each one in person before you bring it up.

If the customer only wants some of the gutters, the card says so: Whole house or Partial, with what was left and how many feet. That line copies straight into the Salesforce job note and the CompanyCam description, so a finish-the-house visit years later starts with the facts (Finish the house).

A customer card with the estimate steps, a partial-job note with copy buttons, and talking points from the photos.

How you use it
  1. Open the customer's card before the appointment and read the talking points.
  2. Tap the green next step to carry on where you left off.
  3. On a partial job, tap Copy for Salesforce or Copy for CompanyCam and paste.

What it does, step by step

  1. The card lists what the job's photos show: rotting fascia, sagging gutters, overflow stains, and which side.
  2. Each one comes with a plain sentence you can say. Check it in person before you bring it up.
  3. The card says Whole house or Partial, with what was left and how many feet.
  4. Copy that line into the Salesforce job note or the CompanyCam description in one tap.

Errors it prevents Guesstimates

Time figures are typical estimates for an active rep, not guarantees. Error figures are guesstimates for a rep closing about 10 jobs a month. Both vary with the rep, the office and the job.
