Your day is already added up when you open it
Your day is counted for you. Opportunities, sales, demos, no demos and cancels are on screen the moment the app opens, and they move as the day does — no tally sheet, no counting back through yesterday.
The tools along the top draft your follow-ups and hand them to you to approve. Nothing reaches a customer unless you say so. And the standings run live, so you know where you sit in the room in the morning, not at month end. Settings sit in the top-right corner, with how many reps are active right under them.
A quick lift every time. Every time you open the app, a quick motivational line — and a boost or a pat on the back based on your week — flashes for a few seconds, then gets out of your way.

- 3Where you stand in the room, all day
- A motivational line and a pat on the back for your week, for a few seconds on open
- Open the app. The day's numbers are already there — nothing to run, nothing to refresh.
- Read the strip across the top: it names any job still waiting on you, and stays quiet about the ones that are fine.
- When a follow-up has been drafted for you, read it and approve it. It does not go out on its own.
What it does, step by step

- The strip along the top names any job still waiting on you.
- Follow-ups have been drafted. Read each one and approve it, change it, or leave it.
- The standings run live, so you see where you sit in the room right now.
- Each time you open the app, a short motivational line -- and a boost or a pat on the back from your week -- shows for a few seconds.

Errors it prevents Guesstimates
- A job waiting on you that nobody mentionedThe strip names it first thing in the morning.Guesstimate: 1–2 stalled jobs a month caught early
- A follow-up with the wrong name or priceDrafts are built from the job itself and wait for your approval.Guesstimate: wrong-detail emails close to zero
- Miscounted day numbersCounts come from the results you logged, not a tally sheet.Guesstimate: no more off-by-one tallies
Time figures are typical estimates for an active rep, not guarantees. Error figures are guesstimates for a rep closing about 10 jobs a month. Both vary with the rep, the office and the job.
