Every rep, every office and every install, on portals that talk to the rep's app
Separate apps for leadership, tailored to each company. Operations managers see all of their reps at once: today's appointments, run, sit and close, sales and pipeline, each rep's lead cards, the jobs that need attention, commissions pending, coaching flags from the recorder grades and the office leaderboard. Regionals see every operations manager's office side by side, with trends, escalations and a tap down to any office's reps. Install gets its own crew board: jobs ready to schedule, paperwork-complete checks, requests to reps, and completed, verified installs with their photos. All three see the same Clean-install audit the rep app runs every night: how many jobs are held back from a clean install, and why.
One score for every rep. Praxis TrueEdge™ by Praxion, tailored for the home-improvement field-sales workflow — is a single number from 0 to 100 that combines training-manual mastery, graded call recordings and sales performance, weighted toward recent results. Reps see their own; managers see every rep’s. It is the only rep score in the app: Praxis Coach raises it, and Praxis TruePair uses it to recommend who gets each lead. A rep’s own read on an upcoming appointment stays with that rep and is never used for assignment.
Lead assignment, from Praxis TruePair. Each new lead arrives with Praxis TruePair’s recommended rep and the reasons, and the manager confirms it. Time off (RTO): a rep requests days off with a reason from the rep app, the manager approves it, and the rep is marked unavailable on those days automatically. Praxis TruePair skips them, and the availability calendar shows it.
Messages to the rep app. A manager can message one rep or the whole office, a regional one rep, an office or the whole region, and corporate the entire workforce. Ask for an acknowledgement and the message stays on the rep's screen until they tap Acknowledge; read receipts show the sender who has read it and who has acknowledged it. Sales, results, cancels and install requests still travel both ways in real time.
Access only the admin grants. The portals are separate apps. Nothing in the rep dashboard or Settings links to them, and reps never see them. Only the company's admin issues a Manager, Regional, Install or Corporate role and assigns that person's offices and reps. The admin also sets visibility once: hierarchy (managers see their own reps, regionals their own managers' offices, install its own install region) or company-wide. In both modes, reps never see each other's private data.

- The company's admin grants each leader a Manager, Regional, Install or Corporate role and assigns their offices and reps. Reps keep the app they already use and never see the portals.
- The admin picks the modules each portal shows and sets visibility once: hierarchy or company-wide.
- New leads arrive with Praxis TruePair’s recommendation and the reasons; the manager confirms it or picks another rep.
- Reps request time off in the app; once the manager approves it, they're unavailable on those days and get no new leads.
- Leaders message one rep, an office, a region or, from corporate, the entire workforce, and see who has read and acknowledged it.
What it does, step by step
- The company's admin grants each leader a Manager, Regional, Install or Corporate role and assigns their offices and reps. Nothing in the rep dashboard or Settings links to these portals, and reps never see them.
- The admin sets visibility once: hierarchy (each leader sees their own people) or company-wide (everyone sees every office).
- Every rep carries one score, Leaf Edge (Praxis TrueEdge by Praxion, tailored for the Leaf Home field-sales workflow): 0 to 100, training-manual mastery, graded call recordings and sales performance, weighted toward recent results. Reps see their own; managers see every rep's.
- A new lead comes in with Leaf Pair's recommended rep and the reasons, and the manager confirms it or picks another rep.
- A rep requests time off in the rep app with the dates and a reason. Once the manager approves it, the rep is marked unavailable on those days and lead assignment skips them.
- A manager messages one rep or the whole office, a regional one rep, an office or the whole region, and corporate the entire workforce. With an acknowledgement required, the message stays on the rep's screen until they acknowledge it, and the sender sees who has read and acknowledged it.
- Sales, results, cancels and install requests travel between the rep app and the portals as they happen. In either mode, reps never see each other's leads, customers or commission.
Time it saves Estimates
| Task | By hand, typically | With the app, typically |
|---|---|---|
| A manager getting the day's numbers from every rep | 30–45 min of calls and texts | On one screen, live |
| Matching a new lead to the right rep | 5–10 min per lead checking calendars and calling around | Leaf Pair's recommendation with the reasons, one tap |
| Keeping track of who is off which day | A shared calendar or texts, checked by hand | Approved once, applied to every assignment |
| Getting an update to every rep and knowing who saw it | A group text, then follow-up calls | One message, read receipts |
| A regional pulling each office's numbers together | 1–2 hours a week | Side by side, always current |
| Install chasing a rep for a missing form or photo | Calls and texts over a day or two | One request on the rep's card |
Typically 4–7 hours a week for a manager, more across a region.

Errors it prevents Guesstimates
- A lead booked with a rep who is off that dayApproved time off marks the rep unavailable, and lead assignment skips them.Guesstimate: no more double-booked days off
- A lead sent to a rep across town or who doesn't carry that productLeaf Pair weighs drive time, availability, close rate, workload and product line, and shows why.Guesstimate: shorter drives and more sits
- An important update one rep never sawMessages can require an acknowledgement, and the sender sees who hasn't read or acknowledged it.Guesstimate: no more "nobody told me"
- A cancel nobody hears about in timeThe cancel reaches the manager, the regional and install the moment it comes in.Guesstimate: more cancels saved
- An install booked with paperwork missingInstall sees a paperwork-complete check on every job before it is scheduled.Guesstimate: about 1 kickback a month avoided per office
Time figures are typical estimates for an active rep, not guarantees. Error figures are guesstimates for a rep closing about 10 jobs a month. Both vary with the rep, the office and the job.
